A lovey time during a packed hour. It's a shame I forgot my waiter's name but he was lovely and attentive. There's a wait when it's that full but it's not fast food so it's expected. Overall a lovey experience.

After my last encounter, i can say that they definitely pride themselves on the service provided as so much effort was made by staff and the owner to make our experience a pleasant one. The food was nothing short of amazing! Will definitely be visiting them again :)

Today I had a terrible experience this morning. My colleagues and I waited for 10minutes to get served. We didn't mind and continued to order 3 unreal breakfast specials, with mushrooms, chicken livers, Vienna, hash brown and onion rings for sides. We waited for 20 minutes for our breakfast. We were served our unreal breakfast without our sides. The fried chips were not fresh. We reminded our waiter to get our sides. We waited another 10 minutes for the Vienna and hash brown. We reminded the waiter again for the mushrooms and livers. We waited for another 10 minutes. We called the manager and based our concerns with the service. The manager said that they were too many orders going in at the same time. He did apologize and we acceptes the apology. The mushrooms and chicken livers came. The chicken livers were swimming in oil. When I complained again I was given another bowl of chicken livers without the sauce and only livers. I was absolutely disappointed. I hope that this restaurant works on improving their services in future.

Typical Spur menu and atmosphere. It's worth a visit with the family.

Stopped over on our trip for a quick dinner. Service was ok but food was definitely not worth the price paid.

I just hope that Buffalo Springs Spur would find premises that offer Parking Space ; preferably off the Main Street.

Food was not worth the money at all. If you can't get chips right, how could you get anything else right.

Buffalo Springs Spur has the best customer service in Queenstown. Their food is great, the atmosphere was chilled, and our waitress, Busi, was absolutely amazing, patient, and accommodating. The etiquette is top-notch. The girls had a great time celebrating their fathers birthday and had a whole toyi-toyi because they didn't want to leave😂

The waiters services is good but the nachos is always burned to the plate and hard the chicken meals is getting smaller every time we go and eat there

This is a awful Spur. People are not friendly at all! From when do you have to give a tip, when you order a takeaway?

Walked in was given a menu and told someone will be with us shortly and the waiter never came. We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order but they never came it was just ridiculous so we left

Firstly like to start with welcoming at the door it was poor and the waiter didn't introduce them self, My problem was my steak I ordered a medium rare on a hot got a medium well, and it was taken back and I was given a rare steak this time around, manager was not informed, no one came to apologize for misunderstanding, for me to pay waited again and someone from behind me got helped before me... I hope when I visit the store again maybe things would have changed

Awful service was turned away and told to stand outside Spur Queenstown told it’s full in the rudest manner do not visit this branch. Very racist I have laid a complaint

Veery bad expirience unfourtaunate ordered 100% fruit juice instead we were given some kind of mix a drink. Waited over half n hour we diceded to leave the store.

The service from the staff was great they were friendly and the food was delicious 😋

Service was very bad last time I was here!! Made worse by the manager who was on duty on the day...some other oldish lady. Doubt I'll ever go back and what's worse my kids enjoyed going there and some of the stuff which have been working there for years are always nice.but never again!!

The quantity or volume of the regular menu items is decreasing, that's despite the increase in prices. Sort yourselves out else you will lose clientele. Dissapointed.
