The burgers were fresh and tasty...coldrink cold..service very friendly..like the new look and Love The sugar free ginger beer thumps up....

They don't take calls. And took way to long with my order. Then put in pairs meals in papers carry bags not marked. We had to go painstakingly through many (40 meals) to identify what is what for our road trip.

They didn't give us everything we ordered. We had to turn back and when we got there they didn't even apologize. That time we were going to Dbn

I'm convinced this is the worst McDonalds. Every time I come here I wait the longest time for service in the drive-thru. Today we've been waiting for 45 minutes-stuck in the drive thru. It takes up to10 minutes to fulfill each cats orders completely defeating the purpose of a drive thru.

The food was fine, service a bit slow, but a loud skull-piercing "beep" sounded every 5 minutes from the kitchen, and drove me batty. Can I recommend you serve ear plugs as a free side.

Service is good, meals are prepared exactly like any other McDonalds Fast Food Restaurant.

We were in a drive through i dont know what exactly was the matter because no one came to adress us.we spent about 45 minutes in that drive through. My son eventually went out of the car to place his order inside.He came back whilste we were still in the long drive through que with his order and all the other customers followed suite. Today it had an extremely long drive thru but inside there were a few people and it was quick to get your order. The fries were amazing with the perfect amount of salt in my opinion and the options are great. I definitely recommend it and it has free wifi with charging ports on the inside and a little play area on the outside for kids. My rating says it all for me.

I used the drive through. In other towns I usually struggle to get what I want in a drive through using the app, to redeem. In Queenstown they made it look easy. And the were very patient with me. Both me and my wife were very impressed, hence the 4 Stars, keep up the good work.

I'm very disappointed,I bought the big Mac 4 regular.and as you can see on the pics the burgers had no sauce and one was missing a Patty, it was not even busy ,there was only two cars in front of me

Service was excellent and the manager/supervisor that morning was super helpful and kind.

Waited in a queue for 20 minutes to get 3 meals. Food was good, but service not so good.
