KFC Queenstown 🍗 is suitable for the small local town and travellers passing through the Komani area. The food is nice and the staff team was very helpful in explaining the menu to my son.

Slow service I got, I had more than 10 people who came after me served first and eventually my order came through. I didn't order a big meal but it took a lot of time to geg it

Very bad experience. Half of the menu was "temporarily out of stock" and apparently it had been that way for a while. I ordered Fanta Orange to drink, which the cashier approved but I was then told they only had Sprite when I got my food. Why didn't the cashier say this when I was ordering?? Also they didn't have any cup holders and offered to put my drinks in a bag, but how is that practical?? I was very unimpressed. Never going back.

This particular KFC is terrible 😫. They don't swipe, rarely have sauces and spices, the chips a gewie. Something needs to be done

Waited forever for a bucket for one. Also got sick from the milkshake. Wouldn't reccomend. Rather go to Barcelo's.

We waited for over 30 minutes for a buckets of chicken and they had promised us to wait for a 15 minutes. The staff is rude and are un bothered about their customers. Very bad service I do not recommend. Something needs to be done.

Wow!!! 1.Ordering online its a fast service, I like that!!!! 2. Staff are so friendly, I noticed that coz its not ma first time visiting there. 3. Wow!!! What a Chicken I just have eaten, its very delicious I really enjoyed ma food. Keep up the great work!!! Intwentle iyanconywa!!!
