I totally loved the place. It smelled nice. The food smelled nice. The host was amazing. The breakfast and dinner served were good, very hearty. The rooms were large and so clean. I loved how thick and solid the curtains were, once closed, the room was pitch black which I love. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Last but not least, the lighting in the room was good. Bright, which made taking selfies a breeze

The staff members were very welcoming. The rooms are out of this world. The customer service is exceptional and the food was enjoyable. I will recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Queenstown

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The tasteful decor, beautiful garden and peaceful area all contributed to a very pleasant stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The town only has a limited number of restaurants where you can have dinner. However, if requested ahead of time, the host at De Oude Werf will provide a scrumptious dinner.

Rose, and the Ladies, are very hospitable, the food is good, and breakfast is filling. The rooms are super clean and cozy.

From the moment the gates opened, I was stunned by the landscaping. The house itself is so inviting. The decor is so elegant and relaxing. I enjoyed the beautiful aroma of a home cooked meal as I came back after a quiet evening stroll. The yard is safe and quiet, so is the area. The staff are super friendly, welcoming and kind. I am hooked.

This is by far the great guest home that I have previlage to spent time in away from home. Their hospitality begins before you even arrive at home. The rooms are huge and the furniture and decor a touch of both morden and vintage experience. And then the tranquility.

I can give this place a 5 star review any day. Worth every last cent 👌. Beautiful place.

Great b&b. Very friendly service. Rooms were large and nicely decorated. Pool fantastic in the hot afternoons. The room we had was air conditioned but not sure if all are.

This place's decor and rooms are truly outstanding! The only comment I can give on the room was, that because it was winter, only one panel heater might be a bit insufficient for a room that size - it should however be noted that I did NOT sleep cold at all, as the bedding provided was very warm and of excellent quality.

My fiancé and I stayed at De Oude Werf for a few nights while on business in the Komani / Queenstown area. Firstly Rose was absolutely wonderful with her quick response to our booking request and her polite demeanour. She was very efficient and made our check-in a pleasure. Another thanks to the housekeeper who made sure our room was beautifully kept and neatened up when we were out for the day. It was truly a 5 star experience. The room was very neat, comfortable and airy. I particularly enjoyed the fine furniture and complimentary toiletries and tea service. It was wonderful to have backup power during load shedding too.
