We only visited the restaurant on recommendation from the hosts at the accommodation we were staying at. Food was really tasty, portions were generous, maybe a little on the pricey side. We ate at a table in the garden, which is well kept. We had a really pleasant evening as a family.

We visited the restaurant with a baby and I must say from the door to the table the service was superb. They had a baby chair for us and we sat comfortably outside. I enjoyed my time there with nature and the food. The staff is friendly and very efficient, was very impressed.

What a stay. The rooms are very spacious. The garden beautiful. I really enjoyed the meals prepared and served by friendly staff. Generally staff, including those who work in the gardens are so helpful. One saw me struggling with my bags and he came and carried then to the car. If the path to the rooms can be smoothed to allow pulling of luggage bags and wheelchairs.

Incredible, attentive and comprehensive! This is a must stop for any family travelling through Queenstown. We now see this as part of our holiday! Kids playground superb for our children.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the place wass spotless. Heated sheets helped in that cold weather and my highlight was the breakfast. I ate same English Breakfast for 2 days

The place is nice and clean, as you would expect from a 4 star place. The staff is well groomed but lacks diversity 🙄 The menu is accommodative and diverse. The food and presentation is fine, though y aunt complained that her chops were hard and dry. Overall I'll revisit and give my second opinion 😌

Beautiful place inside out. The meal I ordered was delicious, although I still think it was pricey for the dish. Our waitress served us well, and was accommodating - she didn't mind being our camerawoman. The negative would be their menu. I wish it were more flexible, because I ordered another meal to go and had to select two sides with the meal. There were four options to choose from, and of the four I only liked chips. So when I said that I wanted my sides to both be chips, I was told I couldn't do that. It was disappointing because I chose a mash for a second side, which wasn't really to my liking, and they already pour gravy/soup for you on the mash. I wish they had served it separately; it was even dripping out of the food container. But I would definitely go there again, and would recommend it to anyone. I didn't know there were such nice places in Queenstown. 🙈🙈

Had lunch here. I had the veg option which was really good. My husband had the lamb chops. He was convinced that they couldn't possibly be lamb cos they were tough and chewy. Taste was ok though.

Great place ,stuff very friendly . Management was the best by far , we managed to check in as soon as we arrived from Joburg. The told us we need to rest and do our check in later that afternoon, this was very amazing for us.

The location is good. Sad part is that the carpets are very dirty. There was no maid service on Saturday unless u were out of the room early,beds were not made when we got to the room. The toilet paper was not filled & there is much dampness in the bathroom. I complained about the shower being clogged wen we had a shower ankle deep which was upsetting. Hope it's sorted out. Will only know tomorrow. I have traveled from durban to visit my daughter in queenstown. Left home at 3am &reached at 11.30pm to a lovely room with disappointing flaws. My late arrival was due to a Tyre burst on the road & waiting for help but some kind youngster stopped & helped so that was a relief. Hope that these little flaws could be corrected as it has much potential. 🌺🙏

Very satisfied with the service. Food is good, nicely plated, proper portions and a big open play area for the kids. Love the atmosphere and definitely worth the visit.

Loved the entire vibe of the Gallery.. The stuff there are friendly, but the waiter that served us was phenomenal (shame I didn't get a name) the food was slightly pricey BUT... Quality. Waiting time was also minimum. Girlfriend and I made a deal that at least once a month we go to the gallery
