Crammed crust triple creamy chicken: bottom crust was empty and dry and crust not properly baked, and I had to take it back. The lady fixed it, and it was fine, but what I don't understand is why do it if you know it's wrong?

Very busy. Pizza was very good.

On 10/07/2023 I was ordering the pizza, only for the cashier to tell me i MUST buy extra cheese because they do not sell pizza with just normal cheese anymore. I asked the reason for this of which she said the customers do not buy extra cheese and the cheese tends to get rotten in their fridge. So they got the instruction that they must make the customers buy extra cheese whether they like it or not. I could feel that the cashier was taking chances or trying her marketing skills on me. They only reason I bought that extra cheese was because my son wanted nothing else but pizza. Only to find out the extra cheese they're talking about is that mayonnaise_like sauce of theirs. I did not notice any cheese there. I am so disappointed.

the waiting time is acceptable, the food is well prepared, so big ups to Debonairs on that. Their space on the other hand is rather small. You find that when at the door finding space to walk in is a mission, so having a second entrance would be very helpful. Otherwise I'm happy about everything else.

The cashier was so welcoming, I was not sure what to buy he adviced me on what to buy, it was very nice I enjoyed it.

Worst Pizza, reduced toppings, something meaty had a ham that had a tastes and texture of a polony, base was not welldone

Pizza isn't bad, it's up to what you prefer. Staff is friendly Service is a bit slow, I almost had my pre ordered collection sent out on delivery, but was saved by the manager.

The service was excellent and the stuff were very profession. The Supervisor/Duty Manager was very informative when our pizza was delayed. I will certainly recommend or use the Cathcart branch again.
