The store was full of customers but there were no long queues at the payment tills. They meticulously manage to ensure that the number of serving tills is equal to the volume of customers who are ready to pay and leave without unnecessary delays.

Place is so busy and they only have 5 tills open. No express till open either. They shoud have saved the money that they spent on the other tills cause they never get used.

Tills are moving far too slow the tellers are talking to the customers while ringing up i can understand the neccessary talking but not in depth talking and laughing

The person in front of me paying at the kiosk was allowed to buy bread and cold drink. I wanted to buy a fan, and was told by the useless cashier and store manager that it is not permitted??? Why??? Is my money worth less than the bread and Cold drink? If this shop had properly trained cashiers and well mannered management things would be a whole lot different. Keep your fan and everything else in your shop. I will certainly not be back. Don't be flattered by the 1 star, 0 starts are not permitted either. Just remember that we the Queenstown citizens are the ones paying your salaries.

The architecture, design, and structure are just awesome. The staff at the shops, cleanliness, and amenities are well maintained. I was very surprised to find some shops that I thought would not he there, everything was just amazing

The place was ok but was disappointed by the Deli staff who didn't know the codes of the food items they were selling. We ended up not buying what we wanted because they could not get the price from the scale

Was lovely shopping at ur store. My daughter shops here everyday. A good variety of stuff.

What a disappointment was there this afternoon and was waiting in the queue then when was my turn the cashier helped someone else that was to good to be standing in the line. I was not happy about the fact that they pushed him in front of me and asked to see supervisor only to find out that the cashier was the supervisor. Bad service no care for customers waiting their turn

Disabled parking available close to entrance with ample parking and friendly staff.. Majority of my grocery shopping I do here security always at the entrance letting you feel safe.. Wide variety of medicine available at the pharmacy section and enough tills so queues aren't always as long..

Prices are good, very wide selection of all goods, fresh vegetables and fruit. Please do something about the tellers. Nobody likes standing in a queue for 10 minutes to get their groceries, especially when half the tills aren't even manned and the shop is busy.

Clean and the service is top notch, the meat, fruits, bread and vegetables are always fresh and fairly priced
