Nandie was amazing! Staff very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!

Lovely place for a quick breakfast or lunch. Lovely play area for the kids to stretch their legs if passing through. Food was decent, and so was the service. The Cappuccinos was great! Or did I just need some coffee....

Noisy, dirty and a lot of stuff out of stock. Not a nice stop after a few hours on the road.

Food: We enjoyed the meal even though the fries were overcooked. Service: Very Poor. I wanted to cancel my order and get a pie. Unfortunately, I couldn't; I was traveling with the little ones. NB: Do not dine if you're in a hurry or impatient. Atmosphere: it's okay.

Very unfriendly staff. No greeting. No queue at counter to start with. Waited 15 for 2 cappuccinos. 2 lots of people ordered after me and got their coffees before me. Over- heated cups of coffee. 1 out of 10 for service and quality. Won’t come back here again.

Every time I order take aways from here I regret it. Be prepared to be very patient. It takes a long Long time to get your food.

Saddened to find out that they're not pet friendly, even if you carry your lap puppy or sit outside. Refusal of service. It's like finding out that your new born baby is not welcome at Steers. Then ordered 3 small take-away cappuccinos and waited for about 30 mins. Mine was the only order. Service sooooo slow.

How does it work that the person that order 1st get her food last. No complicated order just burgers and a small chips. Staff so rude. Wulama didn't offer any explanation or any apologies and just looked at me when I ask the question

I ordered cheesy fries but instead got plain cold dried up fries I immediately called the lady said she would get back to me that was 1 hour ago...it's not my 1st unsatisfied delivery hence I'm so furious I paid wit my money I did not borw nor beg this food

They don't even deserve a star. Absolutely pathetic service. If you enjoy cold food you can go here. We could see our food been standing and waiting for a waiter to pick it up for more than 10min. The dinner had about 3 other tables, but no waiters in sight. To top it off they got my order wrong as well. This is not the first time I had issues with this steers. I am completely fed up with the constant poor service I receive here.

Food was cold. Wrong size milkshake, then they brought the right size with some sort of chocolate ice liquid. Definitely not buying here again. Moving on

We were there for breakfast this morning.Grandchild enjoy the playground. Our order were placed and after 55 minutes our order were not been ready. Me my wife Mother in law and grandchild were patient but when I saw that customers that arrived after us were served with food I had it. We left the restaurant and buy food at KFC. Poor service. Never had this before at any restaurant.

Too busy for words

Staff is very rude They didn't allow us to sit in AT 6:30AM They said come 7 o'clock we open at 7AM But on Google it shows you open at 6AM They don't even deserve star .😔

Worst service by far! Dagwood burger was served cold, we were watching our food sitting on the serving counter for 15 minutes while they were cooking chips (even though we made a point of telling them), my GF burger options were completely wrong, the sit down area wasn't even busy. 2nd time in one week. I ordered takeaway ribs and burgers earlier in the week, I ordered online, arrived 30 mins later, still waited another 30 minutes, and got served freezing cold food. Which you can't heat up at home when there's load shedding. No one likes eating cold beef patties.

What a horrible place to dine in. They know nothing about customer service, it’s actually appalling. Walked into the diner and there was a long queue to the cashiers. Went to sit and no one welcomed us to sit us down and we decided to sit. After a minute or so when we called someone to assist us, an old lady standing by the tills signalled to us to go to the queue to order and come back to sit. Walking in they were stirring at us as if we were invisible, instead of telling us that we can’t sit. To the business owner- please talk to your staff to treat customers with respect.

We were celebrating a birthday. We're very welcomed by friendly staff at steer. We treated like family.

Service was soo bad. Waited 40 mins for my plate of food and no apology from waiter.
