Incredibly well managed what looked like a PnP Family 👪 store. The management even though I saw them on a passing by basis is just one of the best I can tell you. I think one of the managers Arrie ( if I am not mistaken) seeing him to do his duties smiling and giving his best was a blessing even though he was helping this other client ahead of me. Just like that without any interaction with me he simply touch my heart. Keep it up fellah🙌. And all the Queenstown PnP giving such an incredible advice and the deli ladies are just the best in the World. Good day manager, today I went to pick n pay for shopping and i was served by Sindiswa Kalolo at the till first of all, she did not greet me and I asked for a cash back of 400 rand and she had an attitude towards me and she said why are you talking soft and she gave me 200 rand i had to request again.I wish she can pack things at the back than serving as a cashier.

The place has a stench of rotting meat all over the store and the closer to the butchers section you get the worse it is. I'd recommend people stay away here unless you have no sense off smell and want to get sick. That smell is not NORMAL. Clean the place up man!

I always get what u want and it does mot get crowded! Peaceful shopping.

Visited Mtn cellular store at pick n pay mall did not receive an excellent service did not get what I was looking for and it's not the first time and I am thinking of migrating from this network

A nice and spacious shopping space that used to be the only Pick'nPay in Komani 20 years ago.

Prices becoming ridiculous. Zing friut juice up from 14.99 to 28.99 in 2 weeks. Staff friendly and helpful.

Not the best Pick n Pay I've been to... needed salad items... all were wilted and slimey... not usable but to be fair we've been hit with debilitating floods and strong winds etc in the past few weeks so perhaps that is a factor? But even so, rather not display product for sale which is not suitable to be utilised?
