I wait there more than 30 minutes for only 10 bags of cement so their service need improvement please I don't know whether the stuff is short or slowly

Wide range of stock for DIY and furniture as well as lovely plants

I feel like there's always someone paying attention to see if they can help. Needed to return something but lost my slip. Was cool that it could be done without if you have a card with them. Then purchase can be traced. Very convenient for a loss kop with slips. Sucked that it was credited to my account though because it was supposed to go back into patty cash. Overall love the shop. Got all sorts.

Builders Express services is non-existent. Very very poor service at till. Not only does the cashier not knowing what she is doing, she does not even have any change in her till. I left it in the past giving reviews but I decided that I have to do a report since this is continuing and not getting any better.

Worst service from staff ever, spent 30min in store before someone attempted to help, only to be told that I would have to register for a new black card for me to get the item at promoted price ( Should be rated at 0 stars not even a 1)
