What a terrible shame that the place has beautifully designed rooms, its safe and centrally located. The supervisor, Diane, has a nauseating attitude and a dip in approach. I requested a change of my room (15) to room (1), she refused at the top of her voice stating that I was comfortable taking my initial room and change makes a strain on the room-cleaners to finish cleaning. Secondly, that they dont change the sheets when a guest is sleeping for more than 2 days (a big wow)...I was beginning to like the place, my wife & mom were born in Queenstown and I regularly go there but this experience of an employee who behaves like she owns the place left a bitter experience in me, what a disappointment.

It is a very good restaurant in Queenstown. The food is good & I had the privilege to go into the kitchen and it is clean and spotless. Nice job guys.

Loved it. If you are in Queenstown this is one of the places you must consider for a decent sit-in.

I will be back as my stay of 2 nights was awsome, BUT, please stay away from the Restaurant in the front. Both nights we had dinner and what a absolute disaster.

Loved our stay! The rooms are really neat and modern and they provide amazing service! The facilities at the BnB are great and the owners are all very involved and friendly. They really made us feel comfortable, safe and at home after an unplanned stay after my car broke down. The whole property is also very clean and managed so well. I don't know the town layout well, but the location seemed great. Quite close to 'main strip' to allow for walking to shops etc, but can also be quite busy and frantic, but the bnb is on a quite road and we didn't notice any unwanted noise from the roads.

I've never been to Queenstown before so I didn't know what to expect. The food at the restaurant is AMAZING. I really enjoyed it. Also, the B&B is so neat and clean. I've been to a few B&B's in the Eastern Cape and theirs is by far the cleanest and the room is really cosy too. Staff are friendly. Definitely recommend it!

Phoned them up last minute. They accommodated me straight away. They have back up water supply as well as solar which is magnificent. On site restaurant is very friendly and had proper food! Yummy!

The check in was a disaster, the front desk said to check in anytime from 11:00 but the housekeeper was furious and said after 14:00. The children running around making noise as early as 06:00 😡😡😡😡

I'm currently at the black swan and the shower is pathetic not all the showers are the same I asked them to change my room to other room that we also booked and the management was so rude and told me no there's nothing wrong with the shower and the water is leaking out of the shower due to the direction we have it to have some sort of pressure but they said that's not there problem. They are very rude
