I enjoyed the visit, really enjoyed the location it is very nice and beautiful. I like how helpful and friendly the staff is. The food was great, just didn't like having to wait for a long time to get the meals ordered. All in all the experience was great.

I'd really recommend you guys to have someone at the door to hand out menus to the customers... I literally sat for over 3Ominutes, not being attended and then eventually decided to leave and it wasn't the first time... The service is really poor and extremely slow...

On the door it's written opens at 07h00. I arrived at 07h25 and ut was still closed and no sign of opening anytime soon.

Service is very bad, you wait so long to be seated and then wait even longer to get yourself order taken

Service at a snail's pace! It took over 20 minutes before our sit down order could be taken and even longer to prepare. The place was very short staffed even though it was early morning (just before 9am) and a public holiday. If it was not for the fact that I was hungry and still had a long day planned, I truly would have left.😩 The only thing preventing me from giving them one star is the fact that the meal was well prepared when it eventually arrived.

Really really bad service. My sister and I went there yesterday the tables were dirty and a waitress didn’t even come get our order. My sister had to go and call a waitress and than only she came to clean our table. Preparation also took very long. The waitress didn’t even come check up on us. Further more we had to wait to pay the bill and they didnt have change.

Worst service ever, everytime I visit this place the service doesn't get any better. I don't whether they are understaffed. I sit for more than 10minutes t be served. The stall will give menu if I'm lucky enough to get one at the front and then I'll sit with the menu and wait forever. Umntu angafela apha yindlla

Bad experience on 27 Dec 2022. They were half capacity, had to get up after 15 minutes to go ask to be served. Avo served was rock hard- inedible. Bread toasted one side only. Chips were oily and soggy, half cooked. Tomato sauce holder was empty. They had no hamburger buns so could not offer any burgers. They had no hash browns. A squabble broke out in the kitchen which ended in a shouting match for all the patrons to hear. Someone was not happy so was banging dishes loudly. Also had to ask for toilet paper, nothing in the bathrooms.

I ate my breakfast in peace, very nice atmosphere. Please keep it up

The service is very slow and extremely bad. Had to what 20 mins before they took our order and another 30mins for our food and 10mins to get the bill

Thank you to the staff who kept my bag that I had forgotten on the 26/12/21. Staff safely kept my bag until I fetched it today and everything was still inside my bag..Thank u once again wimpy staff and to Wendy ur team member that served us on the day.
