*GIRLS DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL* I had the worst experience here. I had booked this hostel on New Year 3 months prior so that I can have a comfortable stay here through Hostelworld. We booked it for Rs 350 per person whereas the cost running that time was 1k. When we first went to check in the hostel caretaker was sleeping after the 1st night party, so didn't feel like disturbing him and went to the beach for bathing. When we returned the hostel caretaker was still sleeping, we wole him up, he was still not his senses and to our surprise the booking was cancelled and WE WERE NOT EVEN INFORMED. NO MAIL OR MESSAGES. We waited for an almost an hour and he mentioned that we will not be allowed to check in if we don't pay 1000 bucks. We didn't like the rooms so we decided not to but we were already wet and wanted to take a bath. The caretaker was generous enough to let us do that but then the WORST NIGHTMARE FOR A GIRL CAME TRUE. It was a unisex washroom and was covered with tin with down open. While taking bath, I saw a guy peeping through down. I was so shaken to my nerve and that incident forced me to write this review about the worst experience of my life.

If you are coming for vacation with shoestring budget then its amazing. For work it's not reliable. What i loved - It is super affordable and the people managing it are welcoming and helpful. I also loved the food there. Vibe was chilled out and Garden area is huge and vibrant. What i didn't like - Dorm room and bathroom cleanliness was a major issue. I was on workcation and there were several power cuts and hostel did not have inverter so had to work with mobile internet or go outside to nearby cafes.

This is one of the nicest hostels in Arambol, a real community of people, all friends, who have moved from Uidapur and set this place up. And you can feel that in the vibes of the place. A nice bar and big garden add to whatsreally a chill place to hang out at.

I spend a few weeks at this hostel and everyday is a new experience.. in summary i had a great time hanging out with wonderful people , in a calm and safe environment.

Hello everyone, This is my honest review. If you are in Arambol you need to stay here. I came here for a day and ended staying for 5 days because of the vibe and people who stay here. Its like a commune itself in this hostel and feels like I was the part of it for these days. People working here are very humble, polite and are always helpfull. The owner Mr. Ravi Bhai is a very kind, Joyfull and enthusiast person that I had ever met. Now regarding hostel - Hostel is clean and hygenic. You can get Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner as per your order. I ordered Poha and tea all the time for my breakfast, Always had dinner with Namahstay team. Theres a Library if you wish to read books, Theres a mini Basketball play area where you can Cricket also. Space is big so you can play whatever you wish. There was one thing which attracted me the most i.e Slackline. I was lucky coz a pro slacliner was staying in this hostel who taught me do do slacklining. In these days I met so many people, some great artists, some futures great artists, peolpe with so much talents, Plilosophy and so many things. I learned a lot in these days. Lol I'm witing this like a blog and can go on and on !! But this is all that I had experienced here in Namahstay. Thanks a lot Namahstay team for creating such awesome space and wishing you the best luck for your future projects. Thak you.

These people have political affiliations and loyalties which are against the present government of India, and they all sit in the evening making jokes of the prime minister and abusing the government of India. If you do not join in and counter them, you will be dealt with hostility.

I had the great opportunity to volunteer in Namahstay Hostel. It was a very nice time and experience. The staff was amazing. There was lot of freedom to realize what you wanna do. Nice huge garden, Rooftop , the Shelters Bar makes namahstay unique. But Namahstay is not about the place, it’s the people’s makes namahstay Home and Great ♥️

Namahstay is a place where ego gets left in the backpack and people can find peace of mind. It's not just a hostel, more like a comunity i would say. Don't expect any luxury, if you're coming with the right mindset then i'm sure you will love you're stay.

The whole environment is super nomadic and lush green....I like the way people come and interact to you ....Ravi bhai and naresh bhai and super cool yuhan...that's all makes it happening every day...

As I've been there for a couple of times but this time when I took my whole squad of 10 people who were not even ready to pay a pre booking payment were suddenly impressed by the welcoming by the owner and the staff over there........ And Coming to the dorms we really had a clean and hygiene place to stay and food was like home cooked and you can see the ambience in the pictures as well!! #Greattimeinnamahstay🙏😇

This tightly nestled corner close to beach of Arambol packs a punch that many a places won't be able to deliver at that price point. I fell in love with three things, 0. Proximity to beach 1. Stay at bargain prices 2. Open and shaded green chillout area and grounded garden 3. Food and bar counter that promises to keep you away from sobriety if you so choose Improvement: 0. Could use a regime routine of hygine and cleaning 1. More food options and fresh juices

It was such an amazing experience staying at Namastay! This place has such a vibe and staff there were so friendly. If you are going with a friend gang and looking for an affordable place for stay, namahastay is the best option.

If you want to feel like home in Arambol go to Namahstay Hostel. It has de perfect atmosphere to chill, enjoy the vibe of the village and meet amazing people. The staff is really friendly they help you a lot and they are always available. Perfect for solo travelers. The decoration is also so cool and the location is perfect, in the heart of Arambol. Go there if you want to have the best time in Arambol.

If you wana vibe and hangout with hippe peoples, work and play hard must place to checkout. I would say go for it and get your spot on the treehouse. Thank me later :)

When I arrived i didn't fell a very welcome. The price were to high for Christmas time and no electricity mostly of time and no water when you are share one toilet and one shower with 16 people.

Namahstay has a beautiful nature vibe perfect to unwind and relax. It's close to the beach and they serve really delicious food. For the ones looking for Arambol vibe even at the place of stay, this place carries it with the kind of artists and chilled out people who drop by on their backpacking journey! The hosts are very friendly and accomodating and the music they play is just right!

I have stayed when I came for rider mania, legends always ride. Good place to play with peacocks

Location is great. People who works there are polite and helpful. But the washrooms are filthy. There are mosquitos everywhere. Remember to take blankets from them otherwise you will be freezing at night. The bar is good with nice food and drinks but no party vibes I stayed there with my friends during new year days but no events nothing was there in the hostel

This place is beautiful and has a very nice vibe to it! You can chill in the common area and play chess with the various chess players that live there! It's fun and it's awesome

The hostel has good vibes and a nice area to hang out in the backyard. However, the rooms and bathrooms are very dirty and there is no WiFi in the rooms.

One toilet for 20 people. Very run down place, feels like a slum. Rude staff. Only plus point is the location. But there are better options around.

We visited in off season so there were no Special programs... Lesser number of Customers..... We could enjoy our own.... Nice premises.

The most amazing set of people you'll ever meet. Ravi is one of the best hosts you'll come across.
