Terrible service, severely under staffed - weird given we were the only table. And 2 other dudes sitting at the bar who were here way before us (their food came out late too) Food didn't come out together. I'm pretty sure they didn't write down any orders and winged it. Owners standing around doing nothing - just staring weirdly around the room There are no basics like water. When asked and finally they brought it out, the water bottle was half empty and they gave us 4 glasses for 10 people - awesome I had to go get the drinks and cocktails at the bar myself which was on the other side of the room. Again, owners are still just floating around looking at us 80% of the table now fed. Two of us still have no food. People who came and ordered 20 minutes after us got their food before us. We ordered 40 mins ago for a burger and a sandwich ... yeah. Check out the empty table in front of me in the pics Burger finally came out.... bread stale, patty was grisly My roast beef sandwich was cold Food is expensive and not worth the experience Atmosphere wise, place is too bright. Seats are not comfy - they're hard and difficult to sit on for hours. I hope they can turn this around

I was there with my friends at the opening night, Cloudscape has an ambient environment to make you happy and the food and drinks are the best. One of my fav place to go now. 100% Recommend a must visit place.

I saw their burger in social media and it was so tempting! I went there to try and I totally forgot Iam on a diet!! One of the best burger I had! 🍔🍔🍔🍔🫰🏻👏🏻🙌🏻 Will defo comeback to try other foods!

We got there pretty early (7-ish) and we were informed that there was an event so the ground floor was booked. The staff directed us to the second floor and we got all that space to ourselves. The vibes were amazing, super chill. It was a bachata, salsa, and kizomba night and seeing people dancing and vibing to good music was a great experience. Haven't tried their food but their coffee did not disappoint.

Had an awesome time, with this absolutely massive burger and delicious pasta dish. I love the place’s vibe so much!! They really did something different to a restaurant combined with an the art gallery concept. The staff are absolutely a delight and so very entertaining and know how to take care of the customers with care and attention. Cloudscape might just be my new favorite place.
