Casa
Manila
was
built
in
the
Spanish
colonial
period
style.
It
is
a
museum
that
aims
to
showcase
the
typical
Filipino
home,
albeit
a
rich
family's
home,
during
the
time
when
the
Philippines
was
a
territory
of
Spain.
It
has
three
floors
and
is
a
self
guided
tour.
You
can
take
pictures
but
without
flash,
but
video
recording
and
touching
of
the
displays
are
strictly
prohibited.
At
every
floor,
you
get
a
chance
to
see
how
a
guest
room,
bedroom,
kitchen,
and
even
the
toilet
looked
like
many
hundreds
of
years
in
the
past.
The
inside
of
the
museum
and
its
vicinity
definitely
takes
you
back
into
the
past.
There
is
a
small
entrance
fee,
about
75
pesos,
which
is
not
much
considering
the
experience
and
knowledge
you
will
get
from
a
visit
here.
It
is
highly
recommended
to
take
a
tour
of
this
museum
and
enjoy
a
trip
down
history
lane.
