I remember when I brought my rescue stray cat, some staffs are scared and even disgusted to touch him. As a new owner that time, I have no idea how to handle a scared kitten but instead they just want me to hold him while the assistant should assist or guide me at least. Bit expensive and I rather would not come back.

Vet service is good but sometimes there is a line of patients waiting for their turn. I've been going back here for years now. Prices are reasonable and medical service is great.
