Admit it! You get those craving attacks for KFC from time to time if not so often. And it doesn’t matter where you are seized by this hunger-even at the posh Powerplant Mall! You need to satiate or go crazy! KFC has already been an institution in the food world. Missing out on the hot and crispy chicken after 3 months is like a zombie going berserk in search of humans! Yes I admit that I lust for KFC! I love the gravy doused on my rice, I love the ready-mixed mushroom soup and I most definitely love their brownies…so whenever and wherever the panic attacks, go ahead; give in and indulge to the Colonel’s secret fried chicken recipe! Come on people!…

Service is fast. Safety protocols are followed in this branch. They didn't have soda, only ice tea which was too sweet. Water station is closed. No gravy station either. No straw. Dine-in area is open. Very few people were there, less than 10 at a given time. Food was warm and of course, delicious. I ate here because it was less crowded than the surrounding fast foods.

Kfc rockwell, please be advised that one of your manager is rude and unprofessional. She served undercooked chicken chops to me and I asked to change it. She served another chicken chops and still undercooked! I complained about my food but she kept on saying that; that's how your chicken chops looks and taste like! I usually order that food and that's not how it tastes like. I am beyond disappointed and unsatisfied, she gave me a meal that I don't even like for the replacement of that "chicken chops". Very rude, unprofessional and talks back to a customer! I can still consider her bad act if her duty is toxic and has a lot of customers dining in, but not. Only few are eating at your branch and it's very peaceful at that time. There's no reason to act that way. I was able get her name to one of your staff after what happened. After that, she didn't go to front for me to see her and she's hiding inside the kitchen. I don't want to say her name here but that incident happened yesterday, around 3:30-4pm.

Very poor quity rubbish. I ordered a twister combo & was told to wait 5 minutes and I was the only person at the store I thought this was fine because I was hoping the meal with them be safe to meet piping hot instead the Twister that I received was made up of garbage chicken scraps that you can barely call chicken and it was served at a dangerously unsafe cool temperature. The fries were warm and the post mix soft drink was flat and the CO2 need replacing. Absolutely disgraceful poor quality food you would not want to waste your money in this very poor quality store. Total waste of money for this overpriced the rubbish and I would give it 0 out of 10

Because there are now quite a number of restaurants that serves chicken, it’s been more than a yr since we last had kfc chicken &, we were sssooo looking forward to indulge on it again sana. We ordered for bucket of 8pcs before 6pm today thru GrabFood which we hope to have for dinner. Trusting that they still keep their standard on chicken parts in their chicken bucket, we did not bother to indicated what chicken parts we hope to have. I mean, we didn’t think they’d be sending us 6ribs & 2small wings, which was what we got. 😔 for it’s price, if we’d only known, we would have opted for Mang Inasal grilled large chicken leg&thighs nlng sana 😔 C’mon, KFC ROCKWELL, if you guys would be getting the same for ur money, would u be ok with that? 6pcs of chicken ribs and 2 small chicken wings…SIX RIBS not breast…RIBS! 😔 to think u’re at Powerplant? Ano po tingin nyo sa amen para pakainin nyo ng ganyan???

This how would describe unproductive time. People are queing for almost 10min and going. May be manager or supervisor think to do advance order so it will not take long choosing order when they arrive in cashier hmm really service in Philippines are decline need proper training. People don't go to fast-food to waste time that's why they called fast food it should be fast service

If you love the KFC gravy to go with your chicken, do not go to this branch. I ordered extra gravy since the refill isn't available because of the pandemic. Unfortunately for me, the gravy was super watery and the oil separated. It's like they were stretching it. It ended up being tasteless and not worth paying extra for. You're better off making your own gravy.

The floor is dirty and they seem to lack staff to clean the floor and tables. Fried chicken is great!
