i dont know if its because of the holiday orders coming thru and they were tired but that subpar service really leaves a mark. the food was okay the price, not so much. we dine here during the holyweek visita iglesia and was curious about it being one of the best seafood resto in the area. We dine here around 2pm, the resto was not full but they've said they have lots of online order. we were discourage to order other dishes (due to them having lots of online order) other than the bucket of mixed seafood, but we still ordered a salad and fish and chips anyway. around 20-30mins waiting time. some of the staff has mediocre attitude towards paying customer and was making face when we still ordered foods other than the bucket mixed seafood. pro tip: order food on the lady instead of the bulky guy one. will i dine here again next visit? no.

Everything we ordered was GOOD -- seafoods were fresh, the cajun sauce was spot on (perfect with hot white rice), the ribs were sticky, tender and very flavorful, and last but not the least the chicken was crispy and juicy.

It was a nice experience with my family. Food is good and meets our expectations. However, serving time is lil bit slow. Restrooms needs to be upgraded and cleaned regularly. Overall experience: 4/5 star.

For me, it is too expensive. I asked the server for a good for two meal. The server is not knowledgeable of the menu, it was disappointing. I got a meal for one person that is priced for two. I cannot recommend this place.

Great seafood dishes, fine servers. Only thing that worried me is the cleanliness of the whole place. We dine inside and there must be some open spots of the restau where there's quite a bit of flies managed to fly around. Server is kind enough to offer candle to draw them away.

Ordered via foodpanda, Tom Yum is always good. But prices seem to have ridicuously spiked up. Crispy baby squid (sotong) is now overpriced for the small amount of single erving they give... 400+ is just too much. Even costlier than the Tom Yum Soup so doesn't make sense. What gives?

Frustrating that no one answers their contact numbers. πŸ˜• The Super Tray Supreme we ordered was good. It's just that the lobsters were small like babies. But I do love the cajun and creole flavors and seasonings.

Hi there, I just wanted to share my experience at The Orange Bucket, a Cajun-Fusion restaurant downtown. It was amazing! The food was spicy, flavorful, and creative. I loved the shrimp and grits with mango salsa and the crawfish mac and cheese. The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy and lively. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Cajun food with a twist.

The food is good but the service is so bad. We have waited for almost an hour and yet they got our orders wrong which extended the waiting time. The servers are unapologetic for the error made and the male server is very arrogant (he just dropped the bag of seafoods on our table). The air-conditioning is very poor and the overall ambience deteriorated compared to the old location. It was a very disappointing experience.

Service: 3 We placed our order while waiting for a table. When we got our table, they asked for our order and we said we already ordered. Was waiting for our order. We were very hungry. Found out they didn't place our order and we were waiting for nothing. 🀣 I raised it to the manager and she said, "Give me 5 minutes." Food came less than 5 minutes later. Awesome. And they gave us 3 little slices of cake. Food: 5 stars My dismay was appeased when I tried their food. Everything was superbly done. The seafood, the slab of ribs and the cake. A restaurant usually has specialties. But all the food we ordered here was super yummy! We returned a few days after as I was craving for their food. Ambiance: 4 stars Regular joint. Not to be compared to a 5-star hotel. Cozy. Nice. I didn't come back for the ambiance but for the food. Note: Be patient and understanding with the staff. I think they are overworked and under-trained in providing excellent service. Learn to bear with them. They want to please but they are tired because of lack of manpower perhaps. 2nd visit: I am trying their laksa. I used to have this is Miri, Malaysia and Brunei. There's only Singaporean Laksa, though. Would have been better if they had authentic foodstreet Sarawak Laksa.

Taste good, but not worth it for the price, atleast add some sausages or boiled eggs..3 small lobsters, the size of shrimps, corns and potatoes, just about 8 pcs of shrimps for the price of P2,999.00. but the staff were nice and very friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Orange Bucket, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience The staff members were incredibly friendly, attentive, and passionate about the cuisine they serve, which added an extra layer of enjoyment to the overall dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food. The menu at The Orange Bucket is a true testament to the creativity and expertise of their culinary team. The fusion of Cajun and other flavors is executed flawlessly, resulting in dishes that are both familiar and exciting One dish that truly stole the show was the Cajun Shrimp and Grits. The succulent shrimp perfectly seasoned with Cajun spices and served over creamy grits created a symphony of flavors that was nothing short of divine. Each component was cooked to perfection, and the combination was sheer perfection. In addition to the outstanding food and drinks, the portion sizes at The Orange Bucket were generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant fully satisfied. The attention to detail in the presentation of each dish was also commendable, making each plate a feast for the eyes as well.

If you're Cajun and Creole cuisine lover, come here. Here you will be offered good prawns, pepper crabs and lobster. Hands down it is my top personal choice. Foods are flavorful, delectable and it blended so well with the seafoods- 2 medium sized crabs, a lot of shrimps, mussels, and squid. I like the fact that they have options where one could choose from, if you prefer mild, wild or the wildest ( hot ) per bucket, and there are 3 flavors available for seasoning but why not opt for the combination of 3 and its called big bang. tasted so well, the lemon, peppery, saucy topped or mixed with rice, heavenly!

Me and my crew recently climb Mt. Arayat in Pampanga, since we climb it in just a day we need something that would fill our cravings for sea food and we only think of one place that could serve us fresh, and delectable sea foods, thank you The Orange Bucket. Highly recommended β€œsignature seafood bucket wild” if you want it a little spicy but if you’re from Albay and your taste buds wants extremely hot you can try their β€œWildest signature seafood bucket”

If you are craving for seafoods, this is the best place to go to. Their crabs and shrimps are to die for. πŸ¦€πŸ˜Š Try their Big Bang Seafood Bucket. I also love the ambiance because it is very cozy. The service from the staff should will not go unnoticed as they're very accomodating and friendly.

Its ok but not great as i have seen in the vlogs i saw. We ate similar type of food when we went to Puerto Galera so we wanted to replicate such great experience. Why we say its just ok? 1. We ordered the 2299 bucket.. says it should have extra sauce but they eventually said they mixed it already 2. Since we didnt have the dipping sauce it lacked flavor.. you have to dig in to the plastic bag to get the creamy sauce so you will be able to get full flavor 3. The lobster is super gummy to hard dry. Seems they have overboiled it. 4. Extra rice was undercooked still grainy. But since the kids were hungry they just put the grainy portion aside. Why extra rice you might say.. we ate late so super hungry 😊 5. Chicken 8 pcs- dont be decieved, some are half the size of the rest of the cut so a bit frustrating. Plus the fact that they forgot about it and it was served almost when were done eating It was fathers day so we just wanted to enjoy the day. Its ok but not something to be wowed for. I do hope this is case is just in this particular branch. I hope i will get to experience better quality food on the other branches
