I like the iced pumpkin spice latte more than the hot one. It's until Nov 12 pa! KK staff is always nice. There's always free 2pcs og glazed for every answered survey. I like some of their halloween donuts, they are lesser sweet than the og glazed.

Krispy Kreme was OK, generally. We found both doughnuts to be fairly sweet, and they did have free water, which we found was necessary to wash it down with. If you need a basic sugar hit, it does that.

You have a promo for 1/2dozen chocolate glazed and 1/2dozen of original glazed for 249.at 4pm your branch does not have a chocolate glazed.what I asked to lalamove pabili service to order all original glazed instead since your branch did not make a mass production of chocolate glazed.the promo time from 3-7pm.can you explain on this that you charge me amounting to 415 even the lalamove boy paid my order?besides it’s your fault for not having a chocolate glazed.in order to avail the promo whether it is all original glazed the amount should be the same or if it regular price it should be 385.why you charge me 415.then I paid lalamove of 220 total 650 for a dozen of donut?next time don’t make a promotion if you cannot produce plenty of donuts..false marketing and a big hoax company..pay attention on this..

Good as Krispy Kreme gets! Got takeout and staff unfortunately forgot one of the two donuts I ordered. Good customer service, though, as they gave me the donut at a later time and compensated for my hassle with a free drink. Thanks, KK Trinoma!
