Staff were very hospitable and assisted us to our table. The calamari and steak are good. The steak's cooked according to the doneness I want and compliments well with the mashed potato. As for the baby back ribs, it's tender and the meat falls off of the bone. Highly commend Sir Bong for assisting us with our orders and for making sure we're comfortable. Will definitely go back here.

Loved the experience here in TGIF Glorietta! Our server, Ms Chie, and the manager, Ms Kat was so acommodating along with the staff. Knowing TGI Fridays, the food was superb. But being with them, where modifications with the orders were done neatly, along with their attentiveness to our needs—the experience was honestly THE BEESST! Will definitely come again next time around!

I like this place, we had lunch today and the place is not that busy so it is very relaxing. The food is also good as well really worth the price. I ordered their seafood cioppino and the rib eye steak. It was very delicious. As for the cocktails, the margaritta on the rocks is really good for afternoon. I will recommend this to my friends and family and will came back to try some of their dishes.

Prices here are outrageous, minimum for a burger is P700. We ordered the 3 meat platter for a cost of about P2000 for what was about 200g of chicken thigh inasal, 200g of pork belly inasal, and 200g of pork rib ends which were mostly bones. The restaurant is newly remodeled and connects to the Hard Rock Cafe in the back. The interior restaurant is beautiful but not clean, very dirty floors. Service is poor and wait times are very long... especially if you order something bottomless, just be prepared for hassle of calling servers because they are always really busy.

Dined with friends on a busy friday night. Took us a while to get seated but food arrived quickly. Appreciate the bartender cause he still made Red Sangria (10/10) for us even though it’s not on the updated menu anymore. Also had a show for everyone but wasn’t visible from our table. Classic Mojito & Watermelon Mojito (7/10) were okay to try a glass. Hope there were other options for bottomless alcoholic bevs. Bottomless Iced Tea took a while to be served during peak hours. Had to ask again even though our seats were near the refilling area. Ball park nachos 9/10 - a staple. Regular servings was good for 3-4 pax. Three Meat Platter 7/10 - there are better options that gives better value for your money. Serving for sides are also bit smaller now. Had 50% off thanks to my BPI cc

Had dinner at TGIF in Glorietta, and it was quite a treat. We indulged in baked Mac, nachos, and an all-cheese mozzarella feast! The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, though the music was a tad too loud; maybe we were just near the speakers. The restroom was on the smaller side but impeccably clean. All in all, it was a great dining experience.

My wife and I were craving for some American bar food and we were really hungry and couldn't decide where to go so we settled for TGI Friday's in Glorietta. We had to wait 10mins to be seated and we were extremely hungry. The manager gave some complimentary nachos which I really think was a great gesture! It's a definite plus in my customer service charts! As we sat down the crew were fast enough to buss the table and fix our plates and silverware. Our server was "Bong". He was a sure delight! He was quick and friendly! Bong was alil on the elderly side of the age bracket, which surprised me since TGI Friday's were hiring old people and not showing age discrimination in the work place! another plus!! We ordered some Nachos, Steaks and Fries and some Ribs. The food was good, it was not bad nor terrible but good enough to stave our cravings and I would say fair taste for the price. We loved the unlimited ice tea which Bong was so eagerly refilled quickly every time I asked for one. The place was packed though, to think this was a weekday and there seemed to be alot of people. It was too noisy plus the TV was annoyingly loud and no one even watched Soccer! Overall, I think the win in this dinning experience was the service! Bong was a pleasure as a waiter, so if by any chance TGI Friday's is reading my crummy review, you are lucky to have this guy as your server! Top notch service! Give him a raise! Will we back! DEFINITELY! and hopefully we get the pleasure of having Bong as our waiter again!

TGI Fridays on a Saturday. Very accommodating crews that provide the services you asked from them. Parmesan cheese flavor is way too salty for me, better match it with a rice instead of a pasta meal. Watermelon Swing is a winner for your drinks to order.

Sept 2016 Always busy with diner and the staffs are very prompt and good. My 3rd time here this year and I always have the same thing - JD Rib and Prawns. Never go wrong with this. Oct 2017 Back here for a quick dinner. Portion good for sharing.

I love TGIF not only me also my boyfriend. He always love to eat here and order steak i just miss him everything I'm doing blog he is always there to support me. We have a lot of memorable things in this restaurant. We both love the food and i also like being with him for the rest of my life.

So, most restaurants now make you scan a QR code to get into the restaurant and another code to place your own order. That is also the case with Fridays. To add to the absurdity... No greeter, one server, one kitchen worker, 1 management type doing not much. Wait for food is approximately 40 minutes with 5 tables filled. Menu also says they will charge you for tableware, we will see. Prices should be reduced 20% to compensate for lack of service and waiting time.

Fridays Chili Ball Park Nachos is an excellent choice for sharing. They give a lot and it's really smothered with cheese with some ground beef and, I think, cilantro. The ground beef has lessened compared to my last last visit but overall it still tastes good. Cajun-style Chicken Fingers is another easy meal to consume. In my opinion, the Honey Mustard dressing is way better than the Southwestern Sour Cream. The latter is served by default so to avoid wastage, inform your server which dip you really like. If you don't want a tangy flavor, say "Traditional Chicken Fingers" instead. Calypso Calamari Salad has calamari as good as the appetizer. Fridays Cheeseburger is okay for the most part. The bread can slightly improve on looking more appetizing and less dry. The pattie is slightly salty but very forgivable. Tip: The refillable Arnold Palmer is a mixture of iced tea and lemonade.

Ordered the BFF Bundle for Php1,195. It was okay but the porkchop was a bit dry, the fish n chips were a bit stale, but the pasta is good. Staff are courteous and polite. Quality of food are great and price is moderate. Value for money. Avoid going on meal hours during holidays and special days. The place gets busy and orders might take time. Go for an early lunch or early dinner. I think by July they will move 1 floor down. Hopefully the aircon will be far better.
