It is the establishment before Avida Towers Sucat and if you are south bound, it is just almost infront of the closed Central BBQ grill-before the Olivarez college. You will find this before you reach the evacom intersection. 2. Products - this is a one stop shop for the builders/designers/architects and engineers. They have tiles priced per piece and per box, ceramic, vinyl and etc. There.are metal furrings, corniza, woods, assembled cabinets, doors, pvc doors, sidings, silicones, locks, door knobs, paints, appliances, carpets, car stuffs, even lights and nail cutters. 3. Parking- there are ample of parking in this depot. However most of it are double.parking thats why you need to park on the building side if you will just drop and stop for a while to avoid inconvenience. 4. Price -some prices are cheaper on the other stores. I mean on the hardware, bargain centers, etc. This is because probably of convenience and air-conditioned depot. Anyways, happy building. 23NOV19 I'm going to give them 1 star only because of an unpleasant experience with them. We bought a GROHE washbin after the salesman convince us that it's a top of the line brand. When we paid for the item they told us there is no stock available except for the display. We refused because I told them that we paid for a price of a brandnew premium product we expect to get a brand new item. Then they promised us that the item will be available after 3 days. Then after 3 days we called them up if we can pick up the item. We were told to check again next day. Then next day we decided to go to their store expecting that the item is already available. We were disappointed when then told us that the item could be available for another 4 days. So we decided to refund. And guess what they gave us voucher that we can only use to buy an item in their store. We paid them in cash but we got the refund in voucher? So if you're planning to buy in their store, think again. By the way the small plain ceramic washbin cost almost 8k.

They have a lot more here than I expected, and it was better quality than I expected. For example, they have gel ant bait here, which I can't even find at True Value. And while they have some things that the SM department store also carries (mediocre quality), they would have many more options in the same category but of much nicer quality. The staff were super helpful in showing you where items were, and they seemed above average in knowledge when speaking about a product. They were not just robotic salespeople, but were actually trained in product information and trained to go out of their way to make the customer's experience completely satisfactory.

They got this hotdog stand inside that is really good. Can get a sandwich while staff are sorting construction materials you're getting.

Place has pretty much everything you need in renovating a house. Staff won't help you until you ask for one or inquire about an item. They just let you roam around until you find your item and ask about it.

Too many staff busy gossipping to each other instead of assisting customers.

You find almost everything needed for your renovation or house improvement. Very accessible.

Staff very attentive and helpful. They would give suggestions and knowledgeable about technical aspects of the products. The place is very spacious and has a complete range of items sorted into rows with tags and labels for easy access and identification. I could spend hours in there but no worries there's a snack stand to tide you over. They also have a rewards program/points system for every purchase which is a big plus. I would have given it a 5 star if not for the limited parking area. But overall it's a one stop shop for all building materials, furniture, fixtures and accessories.

Decent area and good selection. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Half of Parking spots are double parking.

They have a wide variety of construction materials. From different kinds of tiles, Watercloset and Lavatory brands; Panel, Flush and PVC doors; and other minor items you need for construction. Most Staff are friendly and approachable. Parking is crowded most of the time, but there are security guards to assist you.

Good selections and very accomodating staff

Wilcon continues to serve the construction community of the area...anything for constructions: tiles .. hous needs, etc.. i love the wurster sandwhiches sold at a corner for hungry buyers...

More accessible branch coming from SLEX than the Alabang-Zapote branch, even when passing through BF Homes subdivision. Wide variety of hardware merchandise.

Helpful staff which sometimes loiter around the store.

Very efficient and well organized. Lots of people are ready to assist you and very knowledgeable with the products. Unlike other stores who greet you with "Yes sir?" they simply wait until you need them for anything.

With a wide variety to choose from. Kitchen, living, dining and t&b room furniture and accessories. Not to mention garden and carport requirements.

Great place to find all your household needs.

They got plenty of sales force but you need to approach them to assist your needs. 🤔
