I measured a new pair of glasses and they told me to come back for it a week later. One week later I came back, they were unfinished and told me to go home. I said I wanted a refund, then they told me to wait 20 minutes to have glasses. WHAT DA FVCK??? 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR YOU !!!

Had a very nice experience here! Staff are very accommodating, making sure I was attended by the time I entered the store. Doctors are very knowledgeable and was able to explain my diagnosis very well. My eyeglass was released quickly too!

Worst experience. Someone assured me that the glasses will be available today then when I called them it is still not available. No wonder ratings for this store is low. When I have my eyes check I informed them that I badly needed the glasses and promised that it will be done as soon as possible. I even made a follow up on them then this happened. Sila pa yong matapang na irerefund daw. If nagsabi sila na di nila pala kayang gawin eh di sana sa iba nalang nagpagawa.

We wanted to have our eyes checked and glasses made. After assisting one of us, the eye doctor just left for lunchblunch and the staff just let her despite knowing my intention to go next. I even made snide remark 'are you sure I need to come back after an hour to get my eyes checked?' the doctor heard. But she just left. I mean, really? 1 star is very generous for them.

Worst experience in an optical shop. Waited for 2 hrs in line just for the eye check up, only to find out 1 of their staff mistakenly lost my stub. They did not even bother to apologize for what happened.

I was supposed to just have a look around but ended up getting my pair of eyeglasses in this shop a year ago. The staff who assisted me was persistent and did not give up on me until I found the right choice. A bit expensive but had it on a discounted price.

No faith in this branch at all. I spent 8 thousand on glasses & contacts. I had an eye test before choosing the glasses I did think it a bit strange that my long vision had gone from 1.5 to 5.5. But who am I to argue with the experts. Anyway glasses were made. When I collected them & tried them in the store they seemed fine but after using them for a day I noticed things like road signs were double vision I also had no perception of depth, like if I was stepping off a curb I could not tell if it was a few inches or the edge of a cliff. Really weird sensation. The contacts also gave the same effect and on top of that after 2 hours I had to take them out. It felt like my eyes were on fire. I would never use this store again.

Been going here for a long time and has ALWAYS been satisfied with them. Great customer service. I just had 2 of eyeglasses' lenses replaced and Gey was more than helpful and was very attentive and pleasant with her service.

Spent a lot of money for my eyeglass believing quality materials was used from this optical shop only to find out both lenses coating chipped in less than a year. Now they are insisting I used alcohol to clean the lenses. FYI, I have eyeglasses that are more than 5 years and they are still intact. Won't ever recommend this eo branch!!!
