I first learned about Remedy via ads on Instagram. I checked their account and thought, “Why don’t I try this clinic?”. I’ve been struggling with acne since I was in high school. I’ve tried a lot of treatments (facials, topics, oral antibiotics, etc), which have been effective for a moment but the effects were not long lasting. I also suffered from acne scars and marks. I’m very happy with my Remedy experience. First, the doctors (Dr. Hannah and Dr. April) are able to explain the treatments well. They are very accommodating and patient. Second, the staff are nice, and I feel very welcomed whenever I enter the clinic. Third, the clinic has superb ambience. The lighting, the music, the furniture, the equipment - everything is well maintained; and it even smells good. So far, I have tried Hollywood laser, Acne cleanse, and 360 acne scar treatment. I’ve noticed that my skin improved a lot. I’ve also been receiving compliments about my skin. I have little no breakouts, and my scars have lessened, making my skin smoother. I’ll definitely continue with my treatments. This type of skin care and self care is definitely a worthy investment.

This place is Amazing! Consultation is very comfortable. Had a great experience in Remedy Skin. The consultation was very reassuring that the treatment given to me was right for my skin type and history. The place was also very clean. The procedure done to me was the Radiant Lift. It was very relaxing and painless. I saw the results on my face right after the procedure. They did a before and after picture to properly compare. Since I have concerns about my acne marks and skin pigmentation, I tried Remedy's Hollywood Laser Facial. At first, I was so scared to try because it's my first time but it went well. I’ve only had Remedy treatments twice so far, but I really enjoyed the whole experience each time. The clinic itself is really cute and feels clean and safe to be in since it’s separate from the busy part of Uptown Mall. Their Hollywood Laser Facial was my favorite treatment! The procedure was completely hassle-free and I noticed my face was brighter and softer after a few days. It was the perfect treatment for my out-of-town trip the following week! 💙

I love the whole ambience of this skin clinic! Super love the vibe. From the reception/receiving area up until the end of my visit and treatment, the staff were so nice and informative. I tried their Hollywood Laser Facial and my skin is literally glowing! The only thing I found odd was they didn't do 'pricking' or thorough pore cleansing but I guess it wasn't part of 'that' facial service. Overall, would give this a 10/10! Would definitely visit again! Their services are more on the pricey side, HOWEVER it is for a reason.

I really love the way that the staff at Remedy are very warm and friendly. They always tend to my queries with much understanding and they always answer promptly even though I tend to ask a lot of questions :) The number of people inside the clinic are limited to only a few for safety, and all areas are well sanitized frequently. During my consultation with Doc Hanna, she easily addressed all my skin concerns, even ones that I didn't even know I had; and with that she was able to come up with regimens and treatments that would best deal with my skin troubles. After a few months of following the recommended skin care regimen and a few sessions of Hollywood and 595 Laser + Acne Cleanse treatments, my skin is doing so much better! I'm excited to see even better results when I finally start the 360 Acne Scar Treatment. :)

One of my highlights for this year was when I visited the Remedy Clinic. I've been adamant to visit derma clinics for quite some time as I have been disappointed with my previous visits on other dermatologist but definitely not on Remedy Skin Solutions. Doc Kristina is very patient-centric and she was able to break down and identify what could be the causes of my break outs and I can definitely see and feel her concern for my skin to improve. A month after my last visit in the clinic and 2 Hollywood Facials with 2 Acne cleanse sessions and Remedy Skincare routine, I am now seeing improvements on my face and the acnes have cleared up, all that's left were scars. I've been looking for a place that my skin will love and when I tried Remedy they never failed me. My skin got what it really needs. Love the hollywood facial and 595 laser treatment. My zits are gone after few sessions. Dra April also gave me skincare routine, radical overnight treatment cream and ultrawhitening cream which helps my scars to fade. I dont like to wear make up all the time thats why i really love the treatments here staff very accommodating and youll feel safe for they always disinfect the place.

Love Remedy! I’ve been going to Remedy for more than a year now and I’ve seen great results! One of the first things I mentioned to the Dermatologist (Dr April) is that I didn’t want to take Isotretinoin and she gave me a regimen that I was more comfortable with, but still gave amazing results! After a year, I have religiously been getting the Hollywood Laser Facial and 595 (occasionally, Acne Scar Treatment) and all are highly recommended! I like how it only takes 15-20 minutes per session and how the lasers are painless. You can see immediate results after one session and you definitely glow right after. The clinic itself is super clean and the staff are all nice! Especially during this pandemic, I still feel safe while I’m in the clinic. Hands down to the Clinic Team! I love how they are very warm and sweet. You could see how enthusiastic they are in treating patients :) I felt safe from COVID in the Clinic as consultations were held through call. The doctors were still able to thoroughly assess my skin condition through photos. Dr. Hanna is genuinely dedicated in helping her patients :) You could see how enthusiastic she is in helping others and teaching them how to have a good skincare routine. I truly commend how she breaks down information in layman terms. I only availed for the hlf and consultation. Yet, I already feel like my face is glowing :)

To highlight the things that I liked, 1. Everyone was warm and welcoming. No questions about that. 2. Doctor’s Consultation went well. Dr. Hannah was very nice with asking my concern in a tone that made me feel that it was already endorsed to her, but she still wants to confirm and check with me if that was all and if they were correct. She was thorough in explaining the possible causes of my concerns and which product and procedures are going to address them best. What I loved about it was she’s not pushy and she provided me a plan where I can prioritize my main concern, which is my oily skin. She made me feel that she really wanted to help me with my skin problem and not just make a sale. 3. Apart from the procedures and products, Dr. Hannah gave me advice on how I could change some things in my lifestyle to prevent having the same problems. Also, she managed my expectations and didn’t promise me something unrealistic unlike other clinics and how they market their products and services. 4. Laser Nurse Ceth, explained everything that she’s about to do and asked me to sign a waiver before proceeding with the Hollywood Laser Facial. Throughout the process, she discussed every step, what it does and what it’s for. 5. Aesthetician Jas, gave me a warm welcome as well and was considerate on asking me about my pain tolerance. It was kind of her to check on me from time to time if the pricking was too painful for me and she also asked if I was okay with injections. 6. Front Desk people were very helpful. Even when I just had my consultation minutes ago, they explained to me again everything from Dr. Hannah’s prescription. They assisted me throughout my appointment. 7. I've been observing my skin and to my surprise, even though I also had pricking done at the clinic, there are no bumps and the redness actually just lasted for like 10 minutes after the treatment. Unlike before with other clinics, my face usually gets red for a day then bumps/pimples would come out 3 days after 8. It's been almost a week now since my visit and I noticed that my skin is not as oily as it was before. Crazy how the Hollywood Laser Facial worked for me in just one session! I can't wait for the next. 💙
