Stayed in a family room. Slow wifi signal so no tv programs. No mirrors inside the room only in the bathroom. Need sound proofing in the windows specially at mayon st. side. 🚗 passing are so loud thats why our staycation becomes puyatcation.

Serene was our life saver for our wedding. There were no hotels available at that time so we had nowhere to stay for our wedding night. The accommodations are readily accessible, rooms are spacious, clean and sanitized! Sheets and beddings were fresh and comfortable. Clean comfort room with good supply of running water. Staff are courteous and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this place and would definitely go back if we need accommodations in Metro Manila in the future! 5-stars and more!

It was a perfect way to celebrate my birthday this year. Being a doctor, I was hesitant to celebrate with mah folks, but staying a night in this new apartelle really was a treat! Just chill away with netflix and ps4 in Serene Origins would make you forget all the negativities outside your room! Just exactly what i needed in my special day! Staff was noice and accomodating. Sir Kevin who manages the apartelle was always prompt in answering all my queries and was very polite. My room was clean and quiet. Room service was quick too! Ordering food was not a problem because they have partner restaurants that can deliver good food while you bingewatch. I would definitely recommend this to my friends who just wanted to escape for a day or two! Birthday well spent! Cheers!

Serene Origins definitely lives up to its name. It is a place of tranquility where one can enjoy a relaxing and cozy company of friends, family or both; or maybe have intimate moments with a significant other. I find its interiors sophisticated and modern, their facilities spotlessly clean and well looked after. Kevin's very accommodating, kind and polite. His staff is attentive and eager in responding to our needs. I already have recommended this to my colleagues and friends, and would absolutely recommend it further to others. You are getting more than your money's worth.

Had a peaceful and relaxing Christmas staycation with my mom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the welcome gift too. Some do-betters to make future stays more convenient: adding electric kettles in the room, water glasses (or cups for hygiene purposes), and it's really unnecessary but maybe putting up a small fridge in the room would be awesome especially for people like me who are in for a staycation. But overall, I really love this place. The location is very accessible, the room is clean, and the Netflix really did keep us entertained. Thank you so much to all of the staff who accommodated us on Christmas Day. Was truly a memorable experience. See you soon!

The hotel was chosen for its proximity to Chinese General Hospital. The room, hallways and front desk were clean and tidy. Service is what is worth mentioning. Rey, Mac and the rest of the staff were courteous, respectful and very accomodating to our needs. We will not hesitate to use this hotel again and in fact we may go back again just after 1 day as our flight back to Davao is delayed.

We had the best stay here at Serene Origins. The AC were super cold, the attendant are super friendly which turns out to be our kababayan. All in all, excellent place and service, looking forward to visit again . Huge thanks guys
