The entrance to the gym is an inconspicuous double door metal gate painted black that blended in with the surroundings. Unlike the cold exterior, the gym was lively and extremely friendly. Instructions and the move of the day was given with crisp and clear instructions. When it came to rolls, the gym prides itself as a competitive gym and pushes the pace. Rolls are tough and the club members have heart. More importantly, members take care of their training partners. Overall, a 10/10 gym.

The workouts are fun and coach, Che, who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results no question. It’s a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly to all my fiends and family. My body feels lighter than before.

Great little gym tucked away on a side dtreet so be sure to ask for directions when messaging them. Everyone is friendly and the coaches give clear instructions on the techniques. Being a small gym you'll also get lots of one-on-one help from the coaches. Drop in if you're ever in the Angeles City area.

I had the pleasure of attending multiple BJJ and no-gi classes in For the Art Fightclub, and it was nothing short of fantastic. The atmosphere was charged with positive energy and a shared passion for the art. The coach's expertise was evident from the get-go, as they seamlessly blended technical instruction with a genuine enthusiasm for the sport. What stood out the most was the inclusive and supportive environment fostered by both the instructor and fellow practitioners. Whether you were a white belt taking your first steps or a seasoned grappler refining your technique, there was a palpable sense of camaraderie. The emphasis on mutual respect and continuous improvement created a space where everyone felt valued and motivated. The class structure was well-balanced, incorporating a dynamic warm-up, focused drilling, and live sparring sessions. The instructor's ability to break down complex movements into digestible components made even the most intricate systems/submissions/passing accessible to my confused brain. Overall, this BJJ class was a perfect blend of technique, camaraderie, and physical challenge. Whether you're a newcomer to the art or a seasoned practitioner looking to refine your skills, this class offers a welcoming and enriching experience that leaves you eagerly anticipating the next session.

Recently, I visited the club with a friend. He had been going to the gym as a regular as a child but even as an adult, the gym was recommended by name. The coaches and members were so welcoming when I asked to train or join their workout. I have to express not only gratitude for that but also for the strong ability to educate people of various backgrounds and skillsets. I didn't win a single sparring session but the head coach, Professor Che, as well as the other members; Coach Jom and Luke were more than inviting and humble in their approach to demonstrate proper etiquette and technique within the Martial Arts; that I will certainly be coming back as soon as possible to workout, learn and be accepted into something that I know will make me better. Discipline equals peace of mind and that's something that can't be bought. I encourage anyone to simply show up and see how you can be more than what you believe yourself to be. All it takes is all you got.

I recently joined the newly started Sport Judo program here at "For The Art Fightclub" in Angeles City. As I come from a Traditional YuDo (Korean Judo) background, most of my training history in the art of Judo was self-defense oriented as opposed to a sporting focus but with Sensei Ken Hudson and his years of competition and teaching experience, his attention to detail, and open minded approach, the transition in training methods has been going much more smoothly than I had anticipated it would. He even gave me the opportunity to teach some self-defense tactics/ concepts during our class which I greatly appreciate. The owner of the gym, Prof. Che Cuizon, is the first home-grown BJJ black belt in Pampanga. Upon us further conversing with each other, I learned that he has also competed in Thai boxing in the past. Overall, the gym is very welcoming, has a variety of training equipment and classes available, and would be a great place to train for anyone in the area interested in training in the martial sports of BJJ, Judo, Thai boxing, MMA, and/or boxing.

An amazing Martial arts gym tucked away in the side streets of Angele’s with decades of experience and an amazing gym culture. A friend and I wanted to train Jiu Jitsu while in Angeles and contacted the club via Facebook and got a response the same day. Professor Che was very welcoming and treated us like one of his own students, giving immediate feedback on how to improve. The classes were technical and focussed on proper control and execution. Professor Che even held a seminar so we could work on specific skills and ask questions to improve. Rolling with his team was next level. It was competitive, but they were always respectful and everyone just wanted to have a good time. Off the mats they were friendly and easy to take talk to. Thank you to Professor Che and the team for everything they taught us. Will definitely be back to roll again. If you are looking for the best gym in the Philippines then train here!

Every time I visit AC I make sure to check in with For the Art Fightclub. Professor Che makes you feel like family and not a visitor. His teaching and techniques are combat proven and his academy has NO EGO!! 10/10 highly recommend everyone to train here if you live here and when you visit.

Everyone is really nice and friendly. This is the first gym I went to when I was looking for a new gym after not training for 5 years and I immediately fell in love with their philosophy and training methods. You get to train directly under a black belt and get a lot of supervision from the higher belts as well so rest assured, your technique will get polished before you even step out of the mat every single session. Bottomline: Best BJJ Gym I've been in.

A complete martial arts experience. Judo, BJJ, Boxing/MT, MMA, and even Strength & Conditioning are all taught by specialists whose results/medals more than prove their competence in their respective crafts. And while there is a healthy roster of competitors in each martial art that push each other to improve, hobbyists alike will feel welcomed in the gym. No ego, but lots of heart. Oss.
