I
placed
my
order
for
their
Golden
Pendant
Key
of
Ivana
(this
design
has
the
most
identical
design
from
the
necklace
I
lost
last
year
so
I
am
really
yearning
for
this)
through
their
mobile
app
and
asked
if
I
could
just
pick
up
my
jewelry
order
in
one
of
their
branches.
I
messaged
their
Molito
and
Shangrila
branch
viber
numbers
but
it
seems
like
no
one
was
available
to
attend
to
my
query.
Quite
a
bit
long
time
to
fulfill
the
order
status
on
the
app/website
as
well.
The
google
reviews
were
quite
unreliable
since
these
people
haven't
really
bought
any
jewelry
from
the
store
and
I
saw
a
facebook
group
that
encouraged
lyka
members
to
write
5
star
review
to
impress
the
owner
without
buying
anything
from
this
jewelry
store.
Sounds
like
a
scam
:(

above,
Tina
from
Lvna
Facebook
page
reached
out
to
me
and
she
was
able
to
answer
all
my
queries.
For
now,
it's
going
to
be
4
stars.
Will
edit
once
I
have
the
jewelry
I
ordered.

I
received
my
order
today.
Shipping
was
quite
fast
after
the
order
status
was
changed
to
fulfilled
status.
The
chain
was
a
dainty
type,
very
minimalist
and
fragile
as
it
was
too
thin.
Appraisal
is
low
in
pawnshops
but
I
super
loved
the
pendant
😍
The
necklace
came
with
a
jewelry
certification
from
lvna.
I
might
be
replacing
the
chain
with
a
thicker
one
since
their
chain
can
break
easily.
