Apart from location, nothing is up to the mark. I strongly recommend not to choose this resort. And dont belive google rating. This is false or paid rating score. We have been here and still in this hotel as i booked through agoda. Room number 101, 104, 105 for 28-29 july 2023. 1. Power cut in every 10 min throughout night. And they dont have generator or inverter facility. 2. Room ac not working because of same reason. 3. Water gyser not waorking for same reason. 4. TV not working because they dont have cabel connection and cable broken, they even don't have dish Tv or else. 5. Reception call not receiving 6. Room interior condition is like bhoot bunglow. 7. Everywhere water leakage. 8. Bathroom fixtures are like hell. 9. SwimmiNg pool water condition is very bad. Clouded water and u cant see floor even in 3 ft water. Over all not recommended at all. Beware of google ratings. They fooled google too.

Except Location, everything was near to worst. they do not know the meaning of customer satisfaction. Room service was slower than speed you get in internet explorer now days. they provide electricity during day time only, you have to keep yourself awake whole night without light, fan, ac. Wifi is for their personal use only, as the range of wifi cover reception area only. after staying awake whole night bcoz of electricity issue, you cant sleep in the morning also, as they provide breakfast till 9:30 am only. other than all these there are more negatives than positives for them, be wise before choosing this property.

I recently stayed at this resort, and while the location was excellent, I had a rather disappointing experience overall. I would have rate it negative if there is possibility. The service was very poor, and the staff seemed unresponsive to our needs. The food, while not up to the mark, was further disappointing due to the lack of variety. Moreover, the activities that were advertised on the website (table tennis and carrom) were either not maintained or in working condition, which was a major letdown. To add to the frustration, there was no WiFi facility available during our stay. Electricity power cut was very frequent at the night which distrub sleep as well. All in all, it was a worst experience, and I wouldn't recommend this resort to others.

Rooms were not fully functional, the bathtub was not working, there were lizards and insects in the room. The service was good and the food was okay tho they don't serve anything after 10pm, not even the ice cubes.

If possible l would like to rate this place in negative. This is one of the worst stays l have ever visited. The management is in don't care attitude and are very rude. Rooms are road facing where everyone keeps peeking into your rooms. They have dirty rooms, dirty pillow sheets, dirty towels and pool area was stingy . And then the price they are asking for this kind of property is unreasonable. Worst stay, won't recommend to anyone. Pool area is so dirty that it is as good as non operational

Strongly recommended. Location is really good and awesome view from hotel rooms. Very comfortable rooms. Cleanliness is top class. Food is delicious. Rooms are cozy. Staff is supportive, polite and cooperative. Specially kesharam ji is very polite person. 100 out of 100 for this hotel.

Overall review is -10 out of +10, my satisfaction level is zero during my visit. The reason are as below. 1. There is no staff available for welcome on our arrival at your place. 2. For luggage took the one staff coming after 20 minutes upto that we were stand at our Bus Parking. 3. Welcome drinks taste is not good and there is no choice in welcome drinks. 4. Our check-in time was 2.00pm but upto 3.30pm it was not cleaned, so we have to wait 45 over there in reception. 5. No one is asking for normal drinking water while we are waiting for Room cleaning. 6. The Rooms 101 and 102 is not properly ventilation it was smelling while we entered in room. 7. The bed sheet that was not changed and they bothered to clean it or not changed. 8. The dinner is totally FALTU for us, there is no taste in any items, the hot and sour soup is Bitten, when we are not satisfied with food we ask for some khichadi but it also served us like normal boil rice with use of turmeric only. So it also FALTU for us. We also ask for dal fry but it also served to us with added only chilli powder and make too much spicy. We 15 members are go for sleep without proper food. 9. On our demand they send water for Night. 10. The atmosphere is cold so we want to reduce fan speed in our room, but there is regulator provision for it. 11. The bathroom glass is too dirty, the pillow covers, bed sheet also dirty, even the window and door curtain also dirty. 12. In morning there is not water in rooms, when we demand for Hot water in our all 4 rooms the served only 1 bucket within an hour, so we take a bath with cold water. 13. When we ask for water bottle, they told us it is chargeable. 14. There is no any gaming zone in your resort. The water pool water is also dirty. 15. While when we are check out only one security person came to carry our luggage, so looking to security uncle age we carry our luggage at our own. Overall zero satisfaction level at our end. At your resort there is no proper Staff to take care your property.
