Today i went to kollam Mc Donald's the food was awesome but i was very disappoint with the girl staff who was taking the orders in the front table she was very rude and this is not the place where u should show your attitude i hope the authorities would take the necessary action against her. Today i felt very humiliated tomorrow it can happen to other customers too. I will not go to kollam Mc Donald's ever again and will never suggest to my friend too unless proper action are taken against that girl staff.

The food was not fresh !!!!!!! Last time when I ate here the food was okay but this time I was totally devastated by the food. The patty was soo hard and cold. I ordered two chunky chipotle burger and I could r even eat half.. NOT FRESH !!!!! Bad FOOD !!! I visited the store on 20th October at 5:40 pm . I believe the staffs were lazy to prepare fresh food ..The duty manager or supervisor need to be better at his duties ..

Super ice cream we get it from here. Its tasty and cost around 23rs for starting.. Good ambience and good service... Go for it.. I enjoyed alot..

Situated in the ground floor of RP Mall. Open area dining. Considerable amount of seats are available. Not much more but ok. Food is bit expensive but compared to quality its is good. Mostly crowded. Friendly staff. Can take food and eat in the food court in 4th floor.

THRICE VISITED, TWICE CHEATED!! Threatened them the last time so got everything as per the order. The first time, I ordered two burger meals and chicken nuggets, but the latter was missing. The second time, I ordered 5 Maharaja burger meals and 2 whole burgers were missing. Other than that everything was good.

Cashier informed as to make away with onion for in short of lettuce in burger. Good Food quality. Why the staff suggested us with the burger even the lettuce was out of stock. McD is an international brand, isn't?? Then why the product shows short on lettuce even-in dinner time????

Tried spicy burger, fried chicken and desserts. Fried chicken has their own style masala taste. Quantity of chicken is good compared to KFC.

Ordered MC Spicy Premium Chicken meal which included french fries and choice of cool drinks. I preferred Diet Coke. Spicy Premium Chicken burger was hot and spicy with extra layer of steamed egg party and chicken patty made it more juicy and tastier. They could keep veg/nonveg burger option on the screen at once as it was rolling out/changing at every 5 secs making customer confusion in choosing the option. Ample space for dine-in & hangout after shopping. Go for dine-in rather than takeaway as you may not enjoy the real taste.

The firs chicken is a blissful experience. Literally hot till the last bite, Must try ! I usually visit the place for two things their Regular Masala Tea and Vanila Softie Corn (cheapest yet a quality item in menu).

Hygienic. Follows COVID 19 Protocols. Burger was fresh and hot. Even their fries were super crispy.

MC maharaja it is. Located on the ground floor easily accessible if in a scooter one has to just park on the main road and just walk in. Mall parking is also available.

Locate at RP Mall ground floor & the store is spacious. No toilet facility inside the store. Need to go to first floor for toilet. Costly as compared to price in another Mc Donald outlets visited in my past experience. Delivery speed is almost 10-20 minutes max. Visited on 29-Oct-2023.

Worst burger and nuggets ever had in my lifetime. Not worth giving 359rs for maharaja Mac as the patties are hard and not fresh. After having nuggets my stomach got poisoned next day. So guys if u have time and money to waste then only go and have food from there.

Good outlet and busy mostly. Service is really good, the dine in is informal but without ac it is a bit sapping. The choice of drink option which is a must with combo packs is sadly missing and by default coke is provided which is not very welcome at all. The staff do not get enough training to handle customer's justified needs. This is why there is no 5 star rating given.

Low rating as the shop doesn't justify the idea of fast food here. It took nearly 30-40 minutes to receive the order, even though the shop just had 6 customers. Extremely disappointed, I had to go for another appointment, due to this I had to postpone the meeting and so on. Everyone in the shop got the order late and all were pretty frustrated with this. Also keep in mind that my order was just a burger meal for take away, it wasn't an order for multiple people. 💁‍♂️ Nevertheless the food was hot and good, no complaints there. Hope they improve their service soon 😊

The pattice used in the chicken burger seems to be old and devasted. It has severely ruined by stomach and got diarrhea.I had a doubt on that while I was having it and the worst part was I didn’t complaint it same time.Won’t recommend.Not following the food standards of Mc Donald’s

There food has become terrible. All international standards gone in the wind. Their burgers and cheesy fries are stuffed with cheese and lots of sauce.

Now, better options are available at kollam. One time had the worst burgers here. Not just for me it was also bad for my friends.

Good place and it's location is on the right side when you enter RP MALL KOLLAM. So, people have thr choice to recharge and go on a shopping spree or after shopping full stomach. 👍🏻

Pathetic service . Order 6 nuggets and took ever for them to serve. Waited almost 45 mins to get the nuggets. If you know the person in the counter then you will get it quickly otherwise you have to wait for long to get the food. Didn't expect this from a brand like Macdonalds.

The fried chicken seems to have Indian spices, it was a variety masala. The spicy chicken burger combos were good, but too spicy. Drinks were superb.

Ordered mcaloo tikki burger and some other items through zomato . I thought this burger did not have cheese as the ingredients list didnt have it. As i am lactose intolerant, i got severe stomach issues later. Please give correct information on the menu

MC Veggie was always a temptation. Happy once I got it with a cup of Mccafe.

I want this for soo long. I tried American lava cheese burger meal which were including burger medium fries and large coke. It was good and tasty. Service was quick enough. Small outlet but spacious and well managed. The only bad thing is they are not displaying there full menu. Only highlited there hot or best sellers l combos. Staff is well trained and well behaved. Recommended

If you're someone who have been to McDonald's since childhood, then this outlet may disappoint you. They often have few varieties of McFlurry and swirls. Coke will be the only drink available most of the time and other soft drinks are mostly out of stock. DO NOT try chicken strips, coz it doesn't taste anything like chicken at all. Maharaja Mac 🍔 tastes normal like any other outlets across India. French fries 🍟 are good. Staff service and hygiene is upto the mark. The outlet is quite congested compared to other outlets and crowded during peak hours.

Yesterday i taken the chicken wrap medium size combo, product was good and well. But i surprised in the chicken wrap there is no Salsa sauce. Pls add it. Wrap concept is Mexican, pls add Mexican Salsa also.
