Small but a very good Arena for music events thanks to it being closed. The sound is great but I recommend getting seated tickets because the stage is to low for being on the ground. Thanks to everyone using their cellphones all the time, you will be seeing the artist through their phones or the screen on the sides.

I must say the concert, the logistic and the workers there were amazing. Good place to go, unfortunately the cabs outside were super expensive and the apps were collapsed. So, it would be better to count with someone to pick you up after the concerts.

Hi! I think that inside is awesome, the stage and sound. BUT outside, the entrance, the controls and security people and all the staff are not good. Sooo very not good .. i mean, bad. Sorry, but that's what we all saw that night. We realy went through a cute mess. I saw someone almost die and nobody even noticed, nobody helped. Fight and push and 'kill' for your life or die (almost die). Seriously. :'(

We went here to see a volleyball game, Puerto Rico vs Mexico. The facilities are in great condition. The seats are comfortable and you can see the game very good from every spot. No seat feels far away. Very good stadium.

The place is extremely good. Went for a volleyball match of the Panamerican games and it s been a unique experience. Only thing... bring your own food if you can as everything runs out pretty fast and the prices are quite high...

The arena is okish, seats are small and old. The arena is also pretty small. Acoustics very disappointing as it was impossible to understand anything dj’s were saying. Entry was good and organized. The area was also very clean and signs were clear. Overall a medium to good experience.

Saw Liam Gallagher here in Nov 2022 and had a great time. Free wifi which was excellent also. Staff were also brilliant.

ABSOLUTELY INSANE! Spent a lot of time there while at Lollapalooza. Great place to mosh and the screens on the ceiling made a hella good addition to the concert experience. Kungs and Valentino Khan killed it and Hippie Sabotage's set was especially trippy inside the closed arena. Must visit!

We were recently there seeing my friend play a concert. It is near Centre Santiago and easy for those driving or taking public transportation to get there. The venue is clean and people who attend concerts here are very respectful. If American and European fans would be as respectable as Chilean fans are the concert experience would be much better. Also I want to say the hospitality was first class all the way.

Alice In Chains played amazingly the night I went, and organizers were pretty responsive when a dude suffered an epileptic attack (or something similar). Anyway I think the sound engineer could have done better. Jerry's voice was low compared the instruments, and in one song William's guitar was too loud.
