Complicated to park your car, but once you're inside it's really a nice market, fresh and full of interesting items. And it's actually pretty cheap, at least what we purchased. If you're in town on a Thursday or Sunday, go for it!

This market is only open in the mornings on Sundays and Thursdays. Apparently in the back there is a section with readymade silk items as well as bulk fabric but all I could find was the fabric. As other reviewers said, you have to ask around. The few people I asked said there were no readymade items so I gave up and left

Do not go to this market if you want to look at carpets … they only have large machine made carpets

A lot of people are here. Open from 8-14.

It’s definitely not as big as what some people online say. That said, it is definitely worth visiting if you’re around the area. Prices here are slightly cheaper too, as compared to bazaars in Tashkent.

As a visiting Australian I liked watching what locals were buying. Stopped for tea and somsa. Bought tasty pistachio cake and of course some bread. And got a jacket zipper fixed by a skilful and super friendly man. We travelled 1.5 hours from Kokand/Qo'qon via a Yandex.

Very difficult to understand any direction. It was very crowded on Sunday, so much so that it was hard even to walk. The hygienic conditions are also well below any other country I have ever been to. Sellers begin to be accustomed to foreigners, so the prices are not so cheap for tourists.

Spent a few hours in this market and stopped for a local lunch. There is one side with fruits, veg, nuts and other edible bits. On this side you can find a few restaurants as well. On the other side of the street you’ll have the fabrics, electronics, clothes, and anything else you can think of! Be prepared to bargain hard. Absolutely worth a visit!
