Awesome services at Reception counter by Mrs. Durga madam very very courteous and My ct scan done within 10 mts. and operator was very courteous and explained everything so cooly finished his work. Reports of hard copy expecting within 15mts if one waits. Soft copy will be sent to our e-mail id Rates are very reasonable compare to other diagnostic and scan centers. Good thing is that there is discount during night after 8 pm. CT scan will be done for Rs.3k only.

There is no point of taking appointment here . Nothing is done according to the appointment - you have to come here and wait as they approves around 100 appoint an hour - logical which they can’t handle - better to go for some other clinics which are far better

Price's are very affordable and there is no waiting time I went for two time in a month for my mom MRI (Lumber spine) and my sis MRI(brain). Staffs are very friendly nd well behaved staff We can easily download our reports through online and they will contact for reports collection.

Wrost experience.They said reports are ready. I asked three times to send the reports by mail. Still no one sent mail. Punjagutta staff are Good.

I booked my nephew for MRI on Tuesday the 30th at the night 7pm appointment which on teaching there he was asked to sit and the receptionists were busy talking between themselves nobody bothered with him and after 2 hours of asking he was told the machine was not working that day. Why did they not check before hand. I am very dissappointed in your services and your receptionists are useless. How do you let a person sit 2hrs and not check and let him know about the machine??? Really you have to do something about your receptionist. Last time too I had to wait almost 2hrs just for the price of a test. Really your receptionist need to pull up their socks and stop gossipping and work.

FAKE REVIEW, NOT ACCURATE REVIEW I have done my mri and CT scan of abdomen...reports came normal...but I had doubt about my lump and went for ultrasound in another lab..there I have found I had subcutaneous lipoma in abdomen I have completely wasted my 4500rs in arthi scans Technicians are not experienced they look like interns

Best scanning center in and around Dilsukhnagar and LB nagar. CT scan and MRIs at affordable prices lower (30-40%) than the other diagnostic centers. Hassle free online and offline appointments. However they serve based on first come first serve on offline visit to center. They provide online reports where we can download from their site. Sometimes they share over email too. They are working on automatic sending of reports to emails. They see diagnosis as a charity service (not free) to make it affordable to everyone. Scans from 7pm - 11 pm have special discounts around 1k less than day time.

Compare to other Labs in Hyderabad, yours is very reasonable. We felt very Happy about service and your prices for Scans and other tests. I'm strongly recommending others about your Lab.

Staffs are well behaved. We didn't have to wait for the tests too longer. They plan in a way that all tests are done appropriately.

Observed Careless from staff while attending even for the important Tests. I do not recommend for emergency patients for sure. Not seen the focus and commitment on their duty. Staff is more busy with chitchat on personal stuff while doing critical medical tests and really not sure whether the test results will be accurate or not.

First I want to convey my heartful thanks to th management for giving the very low price 4500 where as in other labs I enquired it was 10k for MRI brain and c spine screening and also the staff was fully cooperative with patience,and waiting for report. But many us dnt know about this Aarathi scans and labs please do some adds.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏and more my scanning done without waiting

I had visited Aarthi scans today for my MRI. The staff and attenders/ nurses were so polite and caring. They were supportive of my anxiety for MRI and other existing issues. They were friendly and made sure I was okay. Specially wish to mention the nurse Ms.SANDRA. She was so caring and patient. Many people do their duties. Few do it wholeheartedly, gracefully. Ms.Sandra excelled at it. This is my second good experience with this lab. 5 stars. Thank you.

The worst staff experience..I came to here for ultra sonic scan ..they are simply doing timepass inside..outside we are waiting since 1 hour..after that I went and knock the door how much time I have to wait ..then after the guy and 4 girls stopped their chitchat and then ok come one by one we will test..such a worst lab ..such a worst behavior of staff..don’t belive fake reviews if you come once to this lab definitely you will experience the worst staff..worst staff behaviour including reception staff..they may give good result..I’m not talking about the results

No coordination between doctorc and Aarthi center... Doctorc books appointment... Here Aarthi center staff tells we don't know about your appointment.... This center won't accept the payment which is sent by doctorc. Worst experience 😞
