Money .. money.... money.... dead. If you want to dead go ahead. Everyone thinks it's One of the best hospital with advance technology (AI) but worst hospital Ever in history. If you go there atleast take care of below. Be carefull with the bills... they are adding extra charges and false amounts.. They only thinks about money. If you spend money they will talk to you else they don't care. When ever you say like we will think and comeback, they will react very seriously by saying ok go and don't come back.. don't waste my time like that.. They will take your complete money along with your life. Belive me .. practicle experience. Dr. Mohana Vamsi.. remember this. Just because of your money mind and negligence, I lost my father on 26th sep 2023.

Doctors except Vamsi all are good. He is working double shifts with intent to make money and even forgetting about his own patients & their on going treatment. Working hard in increasing the patient count and loosing quality of treatment. The staff is not equipped with required tools and training. If you are admitted here ensure you are double checking what they are giving as medication and why. We faced multiple instances of double doses or incorrect medication by the nursing staff. Most of twin rooms doesn’t have proper ventilation system in toilet facilities.

Posh hospital with no queue management : We arrived at the hospital at 12:56pm sharp as my sister took an appointment for 1pm at Omega. We were billed exactly at 1:10pm with consultation fees of 900 rupees for Dr. Vikram Sharma. Then we waited waited and waited patiently for 1hour 40 minutes and still waiting while i write this review. I think people who raise voice, question or argue are only given faster consultation. Hence putting this as review. The management of such highly reputed hospital is relying on nurses to prioritise the queue with no central queue management. Highlight part is the patients spends max 10mins with doctor still they are not able to manage the queue. Forget about review of doctor but very disappointed with Omega leadership. I request the Top management to use time stamp of bill as the priority before you let ground staff like nurses decide. Finally got a chance to meet doctor and he is amazing with his profession and diagnosis. The wait was worth it but pls prioritise based on token no. Edit: Surprise..! The bill has a time stamp and Token no mentioned, but was kept in file and not shared with us. Please take your bill and check the token no with nurse for current queue status.

One of the worst hospitals that I have seen. They only provide AC in the doctor cabin and in the patient's room. Please find the pics of the waiting area. No AC no lights nothing. When it comes to fees they will charge you like a bomb.

Great experience! Made a same-day appointment and got in right away. The front desk staff and the medical assistants were very nice and helpful. The staff was great and gave realistic expectations and timelines. I will definitely be back and would recommend!

I had a great experience at this hospital. I was admitted for a leg fracture and the nurses were attentive and caring, and the doctor also explained everything in detail. I felt comfortable and confident throughout and they did not prescribe any unnecessary medication which was really satisfactory.

Dr are Specialised in Cancer treatment, they are very care taking and guide with latest facilities. Nurse, sisters and housekeeping are well trained to support patient. Good hygiene food provided for patient and attender by hospital canteen. covered by Insurance network for cashless, They take feedback and keep improving the services. Very hygienic rooms and inside hospital, staff are prompt towards the service and attend patients with care. Will only suggest to keep up the good work and maintain it.

I recently had to deal with Omega Hospitals Gachibowli for my wife's cancer treatment and the experience with the Insurance department in Omega Hospitals Gachibowli has truly exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, and I want to here by personally thank the entire Insurance team for their patience and guidance in processing my Insurance claims in time. I want to personally thank Mr. Ashwin, Mr. Madhu, Ms. Jesee and others for their out standing service. They were really very prompt at their services and were guiding me threwout. The emergency department at this hospital is extremely great. The staff were quick and efficient, and the doctors were knowledgeable and skilled. I can't thank them enough for the treatment they provided for my brother's accident.
