Don't go to this hotel. Staff and management rude behaviour, Rooms are worset not hygine. They are money minded not to customer service.

Our stay was absolutely fine! The rooms are beautifull and staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We truly had an awesome time and will be going again soon.

One of the worst hotels I have been to. Infested with rats. No proper room service. No amenities provided in the room. Asked for extra mattress, didn't even have it. Borrowed an extra pillow from adjacent room. No proper parking. Dirty bedsheets. Did not find my pillow covers washed, they did not provide toiletries kit even after asking, tata sky (only ads) is the only channel you can watch if you switch on the TV. The rats crawled down and ate our food. Requested to change the room, they said, the rat won't come again. Just poor service. Turned on the geyser and the fuse went off. Had to call the person every 10 mins asking for petty things which should have been readily available in the first place.

It's Resembles classic, Royalty rooms n Best comfort zone for privacy n security. And moreover service n response was Really nice . You would visit again n again . Thank you !!

Overall, I had a great experience with the (Hotel9inn); staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect.

Good quality rooms and bathroom! One of the best 👍💯 Go for it , no regret at all!
