Collection was good bu there were no one to attend, answer questions and explain. We couldn't even get proper pricing for items. Visited there to buy a bed and mattress but unable cause there's no sales executive apart from ground floor. You guys just lost a sale and a customer.

A complete thug shop, though it was a past experience Still I would like to share my experience to alert buyers to be vigilant while purchasing products from here. We bought a sofa set from this place, though the delivered product was similar in size and looks when it was delivered, but this place cheated us big time on the quality of the product, we were newly married couples back then and they suspected a I'll informed customers in us and utilizes it to the fullest. This sofa is made of waste left out material and is so pathetic that at places they used even card board, and there is no cushioning elsewhere leaving apart the seat cushion. Though the sofa looked nice, but when after initial years the fabric started to detoriate in the lower side we came to know how we were fooled shopping from this place, we bought the sofa for 35k and if I try to even sell it no will buy for 5k, let the pictures do the talking now

Good Outlet (kukatpally) Variety of options to chose from and most importantly customisable. Mr. Vijay was generous enough to meet the promised deadline and delivery before expected. We were given 10days of time for getting the recliner cum lounge ready along with a single recliner. But was delivered on 9th day after visiting and confirming. Overall great customer experience.
