One of my friend stayed here. She gave one month notice but they hold her money and the receptionist is talking rudely and not even picking up the call it was purely her fault and the management also don't care. They have so big brand name in hostel's but there is no customer care number present at there app or website. No one takes responsibility if something goes wrong. Please check review on stanza app on play store before even using this place.

I will try to keep it simple. My experience is very bad there. I don't recommend it for working professionals or ppl preparing for jobs because the rules are very rigid there, They have contracts only for 6 months or 1 year only and not less than that. They increase the rents arbitrarily which are very high when compared to the other pgs. They will also collect 1 month rent in advance, and besides that they will charge you 550 per month for maintenance. This is not the end, but once you join the rents and the charges will shoot up beyond your paying capacity. Rooms are not cleaned regularly. The food is very bad. Most of the times i used to find insects in the food. despite repeated complaints they don't take any action seriously. Washing machines are always troublesome. The staff is very rude and non cooperative . The rules are very rigid and not at all resident friendly. Since I am preparing for govt jobs and not sure about the period of my stay, i was asked to vacate. Overall the management is not resident friendly. Such a big franchise when not able to accommodate the concerns of the people who want to stay there, i wonder how it would succeed in the long run. Overall my experience at stanza living Canberra House is bad, I don't recommend it to anybody. Thanks

the worst service i ever faced with staff they literally they will not clear our problem we have here a lot of time i complaint about roommates based on sharing before joining they agreed then after some months the sales person changed and new one Gayathri i said her my problem she is not even listening and she is behaving so arrogant

It's the best pg/hostel in this area, searched for many but didn't found better than this and the food is delicious with excellent quality..👌👍

Never ever go to stanza living especially with the this person name preetham chowdhary , he doesn’t even help the tenants and respect them, i moved in i was looking for single or two sharing room it wasn’t available and when i came in there was no one in the room , i decided to take a bed of my choice when i asked i asked he was too rude and you have no option and you have to take a bed of our choice not your choice. It was a very rude response a person like this shouldn’t be working for the customer side

My friend joined she really suffered a lot all her clothes were lost. Food was very bad. They can't have the food they wanted. Staff very very very very worst. It is very commercial. Useless pg. Janavi. Sells departments she troubled her a lot. While she was studying. Wanted keeping sound 100. Worst management. Should cancel license Of this pt. Staff should given some trading how to behave. North staff don't know how to behave with doth people. They are very rude disrespectful. Even those staff members get food from outside and eat. Food is very worst. Sowmya very useless and manner less person always blames others without any reason. Living here is like hell she said many times. So be careful they will tie u with contract and advance. Don't fall for ground floor staff is too bad and u won't get seat to sit down stair. Gym machine get trouble away they all are show off

Hai all, I have stayed in the stanza, bagan house, JNTU for few months, once vacated, they took more than 8 months to refund my deposit even after several follow up over mails and call. Even after they just refunded only 2585 Rs. instead of 8000 Rs. And later they are not even responding to the mails for the balance amount. Poor service and not worth for the money and no responsible person there. So i suggest not to choose this hostel.

Hey i had stayed in stanza living Canberra house! In simple words that pg is suitable for only North Indians , Do include a South Indian person in the management, my rating for food is 2/5. Not recommended for South Indians.

The worst management I have come across till now. I was not informed correctly about notice period and no one cared to mentioned even when I left the PG. They took a month down-payment in the starting itself and when i was leaving, the management told i will receive my SD(12k) money in 2 weeks, its been 3 months and no one is taking the responsibility. I mailed about refund after I left the PG.They told , you can't get your SD back as you didn't serve your notice period. If the management had told me about this when I was checking out I would have stayed. Why would I waste my money for no cause. The management failed to do their duty to inform correctly about the situation and why should I loose my money for their negligence.

I have been staying here from 2 years. It's a best accommodation to stay. The management will solve issues ASAP . I will definitely recommend this pg

It is very worst experience with stanza staff is very rude the didn't know Telugu also then how they can solve any people problem. Sowmya was very rude very cunning mentality, never ever solved any issue useless. Janvi sell department When joining taking money they we are there after joining tone completely changes. They create problems for us. I have recording proof also. Prices are too high. Food is too bad. We can't have the food what we want. Even cleaning staff also very rude. Waste of money Many people went back even not not taking advance. Because there torches. Those camera are useless even clothes were lost also they can't do anything. No peace of mind.

I paid 1000 rupees to reserve the room.but when I went there they are saying there is no reserved room for me.I didnt got my refund even after mailing them.such a worst worst app with no manners.

My daughter stays for 3 months. She said Staff was north Indians they don't know telugu also don't know y they kept them. Staff was very rude . Food is very bad. Staff that troubled her a lot. Stupid rules. Waste of money. My daughter mentioned that Staff try to command them and were useless in solving any problem instead they create a lot of problems. I don't understand thus cei is how much dumb he don't even know in South India south Indian staff should be opposites not north indian. Not as great as it looks in website pictures... Questionable maintenance and overall hygiene.. a lot of wifi issues... when a complaint is raised the response is too late that u would have had the necessary changes urself by the time they react.

Nice ambience ,security & food also tastes good .Tanushree ,Pompii Saumya are quite professional as well as loving to be with them at times feels like we are friends .professionally they are good at their jobs take responsibility immediately for anything n resolve the issues immediately . Had a great experience staying at Stanza Living. My initial months was so good with the staff and all. Uma and Devisri was the RC when I joined, they both have very good personality and were managing the things so professionally and were so friendly in communicating. After them I don't like the other new staff people as they were not much interactive and use to take our concerns so seriously. The new staff was not even able to manage the food deficiency and order the food pre-complaining as the DeviSri and Uma used to do. Apart from these, the facilities(TV lounge, Indoor gaming) provided by Stanza was so refreshing after the office work. Overall had the great experience and had never ending family bond with my roomies.. Also Thank you Soumya for being so kind and holding friendly attitude. Resident ID:- 22CBRBA084

The food here is worst, not even the staff prefers to eat here. I have vacated this place on the 1st of Nov and my refund has not been processed yet. Not even a single person is behaving responsible for this delay in processing the refund, they are very lazy to keep an update . I would beg people for not to join this.

Stanza living become my second home , definitely I would recommend this place 🥺 mainly the staff interaction @Sowmya didi is my favourite person (Didi love you🥰😽) Surely I gonna miss my favourite place😫

I'm staying in stanza from past 1 year, I have never seen such a rude sales person like Gayathri in Canberra House, she talk rubbish with the tenants, such a worst behaviour of her, this is not the first time, I gave her many chances but she didn't change her behaviour this is I raised complaint now in stanza app even though they're not responding, Sales person Gayathri is too bad, can't tell in word's such a worst behaviour, she called me and asked how asked 3 sharing is your room right? I told No 2 sharing but that is 3 sharing room she told me like that, then I told I'm staying from past 1 year it 2 sharing only and I'm paying for to sharing only from past 1yr, she told you're not paying that much, you're paying less, as it been 1 yr you told that I will get for less price so I renewaled it with soumya, I asked soumya how much amount should I pay after renewal on that day it's almost 10K and even Gayatri is there on that day and she asked that's a nice price for 2 sharing so I renewaled it, she is telling that for 2 sharing 10K they won't give then am I the person who asked to give for that price after renewal?? Not right so how can she tell like that? And also she is telling me to change for 3 sharing as 10k is 3 sharing price itseems how can change stanza is like my 2nd home that's why I'm living here 1 year you people can even check the transaction records and everything, I don't know which sharing my 226 room is before but from past 1 year it is 2 sharing while I joined last year also I asked for 2 sharing, they gave me that room so I went there and I paid for 2 sharing only, I asked that why should I change for 3 sharing and all she has cut my call so rudely and she didn't even speak politely it is too wrong to do this to someone who is in stanza from yr, and also she told that for 2 sharing 10K price they won't give my in stanza Canberra only, even my sister's and Fnds are there in 2 sharing they're paying 10K I can even give u there numbers u can also check This is too wrong she is flipping the word's according to her benefits Such a worst behaviour with so much of head weight and attitude Gayathri always shows WORST PERSON IN STANZA CANBERRA

I have been staying in Stanza living since July, 23( almost 5 months). For me it’s a pleasant experience because of the following reasons: 1) Very nice and gentle management(Shiva, kushal, Gayathri, tanu, sowmya) who responds quickly. 2) Clean and hygiene atmosphere surrounded by good people ( mostly working professionals and medicos with good and professional behaviour) 3) Small but good gym at free of cost which is sufficient for regular physical activities 4) Options for self cooking available ( They have provided micro oven and induction stove in common area) 5) 24/7 wi-fi connectivity , inverter facility with day by day room cleaning service. 6) Nice common lounge area to spend time with friends and table tennis, foosball(balls are not provided by them) available to play with friends. 7) Each room is provided with geyser, self cupboards, study tables and chairs. 8) Washing machines are provided for laundry. 9) There are options for North Indian food and South Indian food but food is good when compared to other pgs. 10) Close to long drive cars Kukatpally, many super markets, restaurants, hospitals.

I have been living here since 4 months and I must say this pg is so good in terms of food, room cleaning, and especially all the staff (they all are so helpful). In this pg there are so many facilities like gaming area, gym,etc. Overall this is nice place to live.

I stayed in canberra house from one yearf, it's an amazing place to stay, food are too good for North Indian as well as South Indian. Management are very supportive and resolve the issue on priority.

Simply superb nd well maintence rooms also very clean nd rules are tooo good Especially food menu is osm once uh visit and then uh defnetly like it 👍

Stanza is a budget friendly hostels, making it a great option for PG students, the rooms are nice and clean. And also the Management are very friendly and helpfull.
