Unprofessional staff. Staff and store completely looking ugly.not maintained properly grooming. I visit this store twice a week. Most of the cases, billing not done. Because staff told unwanted reasons like this is damaged, system not entry, not showing our system, barcode missing etc. I faced this issue 7 to 8 times. Management not changed staff or not warning this staff, I think this store is ready to close. Completely I disappointed

Such a good supermarket since many years. Will find all the items required. Only problem i found was.. bread was not fresh. More fresh bread is very tasty. I went to the store to get the bread actually (but except bread i shopped for rs. 2000🤭) as the use before date was only for 1 day. Except that rest all was good.

Nothing much to be said. Very poor amenities and to me no customer satisfaction. It would be better if maintained some decency.

Worst and abusive treatment from staff as well as the owner. Customer self respect is demoralized by abusive and heated words. No branded material only local made low quality material is been provided. And people just make reviews very good! How? Are they relative's or friend's? They lack common sense when customer asks for different type of design models. They judge people by appearance and I pity that they are racists. And cost is very high. For example, for a local made shirt or t shirt price offered here, one can buy two branded shirts or a branded shirt and pant outside anywhere.

Product selection is ok but billing experience is bad, always short on staff and no one at the counter or only one counter available. Pls improve billing counter experience

We enjoyed shopping always at More Supermarket whether in Kolkata or Hyderabad Deccan. However the one in Street no 8 Habsiguda is under staffed. This has to be corrected.

Scam alert! They charge way more than the mrp. I got charged 848 for Figaro extra virgin olive oil, which has an mrp of 599. (See the attached photo) They returned the charge, of course, but you'll have to cross-check mrp of every item they scan & ask them. Also, billing is super slow & some items don't scan at all & they refuse to sell it if it doesn't scan.

It's a mini Mart small space. Well organized with vegetables and day to day useful items. The people there should be more customer oriented. They need to welcome and guide them to the right isle depending on their needs.

Store is good but staff and billing is unprofessional. Their billing system isn't updated according to their offers.Have faced this issue 3 -4 times. If we buy any offer item, the system doesn't accepts it and original price is reflected on the bill. When we ask staff regarding it, they are rude. Once the staff even crumpled up the offer banner/poster when asked why they have it put up when it's not reflected on their system. Really rude behaviour. They don't even accept returns of the items citing it as a long process, and we are forced to buy the items. Better to shop from Spencers at street no 8. Atleast the staff is helpful.

I am on regular visitor here! try to go in mornings from 7:00 to 8:00 for fresh fruits and vegatables and don't forget for wednesday market on road!
