Hyderabad Kalibari is one of the famous places in Hyderabad to visit during Durga Pujo. Generally it is a very peaceful place. It has an indoor badminton court and a stage as well to conduct events from time to time. It is very crowded on 7th and 8th day. The khichdi(Bhog) they serve is so tasty. Every 7th,8th and 9th night cultural programs happen. Most of the people come here are Bengali.

Have been a regular visitor to this temple. You get a divine feeling on entering the temple. The architect is similar to Dakshineshwar Kaali Baadi, Kolkata. This temple was established in 1974. Almost 50 years old. The main temple is Maa Kaali. Alongside there is the temple of Shri Ganesha and Lord Shiva also. This year I had the privilege to witness the Sarbojonin Durga Puja festival.Bhog vitran and cultural events all were so nicely organised.

Kali Pujo is celebrated in a big way with a lot of people attending the event every year. The temple is well organised with a calm and serene environment.Apart from Kali Pujo,Jagadhatri pujo is also celebrated with religious fervor. A must visit for everyone with religious sentiments and pious mindset. Temple is very popular with plenty of people visiting it during festival celebration.

It is Mother Kali temple. The priests are very good. You can take food here offered to the goddess Kali. Mother here is Dakhshina Kali Mata. One can send contribution online to perform Puja. The environment is absolutely serene, dignified and sweet. One can enjoy divinity in a very calm and captivating surroundings. Handicapped people can have easy access and car parking is on an open place just on the right on the way to the Mandir.

I am a regular visitor of Kalibari. I felt the behaviour of the priests are awakard. A senior citizen with catheter is not suppose to sit for long time in the temple as he is in catheter. Before I came in the same condition with same senior citizen but never heard this kind of comment. Asked for jenu which they usually prepare and keep. That also they denied give. God knows which rule is made by the priest in God's temple. May be in the year 2024, the priest of Sainikpuri Kalibari become more powerful than God and there is no place for the challenged people.

For all Bengalis this is the best and oldest temple in hyderabad which is actually situated in Sainikpuri. This temple is mainly dedicated to Ma Kali and also you will get Ganesh idol and Shivlinga inside the temple. It is somewhat replication in a smaller version of Dakkhineshwar temple. Here daily bhog is offered to Goddess Kali. Here along with Kali Puja during diwali, Durga Puja, bippatarini puja and jagadhatri puja is also celebrated every year. Committee members and Purohits are very well behaved and cooperative. A Must visit temple.

Very beautiful and calming temple. We visit this kalibadi temple on every special occasion/festival. Members of the committee are very helpful and efficient. Delicious puja bhog is available from 1 pm to 1:30 pm only if you pre-book it.

If Travelling by bus you can take 16A bus from bus stop opposite to blue sea hotel bus. Temple is at 1km distance from neredmet bus stop.

Thought Temple timing says they open by 5:30am but actually temple start not anytime before 8:30am. I have visited this temple on 2nd day of Durga Navratri 2023 and the temple atmosphere is totally lost. I was hoping a great ambience and peace at this temple because of Bengal staff and management yet that is not I came out with. Jai Mata Di..!!

Hyderabad kalibari,which was established in the year 1974,(almost fifty years),is currently being managed by mostly senior citizens,secretary Mr Shankar Das,President Mr Parthapratim dasgupta(81). It was a wonderful opportunity for me & my family to be here after almost ten years. I could not control myself without posting this for everyone that the way they are maintaining the bengali culture ,discipline,sanctity of the inside premises by not allowing any non veg items( not even onion& garlic). All kind of progammes,beautiful Aarti competitions,singing,dancing programmes,everythig is performed there besides bhog ditribution. Everyone is enjoying these days irrespective of cast,creed or religion. I am tempted to mention the management during last day sindoor daan event. I have experience of seeing this programme,in many places,as my wife never misses this partcular occasion,wherever we may be,mysore,shimla,jabalpur,hyderabad or bangalore, she will definitely partcipate there. This year,in this hyderabad kalibari,the same progamme was so well managed,the attached photograph will certainly express it. They made an arrangement of sitting and waiting for sindoor daan for almost 400 (four hundred ladies),with their thali in their hand. This was an extremely good arrangement,I must appreciate.There is no dissatisfaction,no quarrel to give their offerings,peacefully the whole system is being done.. Amazing disciplined movement. There is no concession for committee members,irrespective of any status,everyone is performing it peacefully.. Thanks to all the people,who have been co operating with the management for maintaining the discipline. Kudos to Mr Shankar Das, Mr Parthapratim dasgupta & their team members. Calm and divine. It's a must visit for devotees of Maa Kali as well as for anyone.

It is an awesome place.... having puja bhog n met with so many bengalis....

Visited here to check out the durga puja pandal here. It has 3-4 small sanctums, a large stage and a lot for open space. That open space was filled with chairs and the stage was being used to announce Bingo numbers. And yes, people were playing Bingo with money. This seem inappropriate at a place of religion.
