I have ordered glasses in Malkajgiri branch for my son. I have ordered on 6 th January (6 working days) . Till now I didn't receive glasses. My son missed online classes and having headache. Late delivery and not value for money. Worst service.

I took a Sunglass frame here got my power glasses into the frame and the frame broke.witj in a week. I used and protect my glasses very carefully, despite that the frame keeps breaking. Visions express has replaced it more than twice but the frame doesn't stick . I asked to replace with a different frame but they end up giving same frame and it ends up breaking just for keeping it in a box I was a long time and regular customer of Vision express but this fiasco ruins my trust and experience with the franchise. !!

I have taken my spectacles as the stem screw has to be fixed. In the process of fixing a screw they have put scratches on my spectacles lenses. They said they would replace with no costs and will take 7-10 days. I was compelled to buy another spectacles and have given my spectacles for repair/replacement of lenses. It's about 45 days since I have given for repair and still waiting for my spectacles. Every visit is with different excuses. Request Sr Management to look into it on priority.

purchased a scratch resistance spectacles and now has a scratch on it which is just 10 months old . Now the seller tell me its scratch resistance but not scratch proof so they cant help it , these people use all the technical words to sell there goods at an expensive price . so Never believe in there quality are for there brand again , i would never advice this brand again to anyone i know .

At the time of purchase they promise you warranty.....but when you visit them they start putting up different versions......that they will send for approval.....the frame quality is worst and I feel cheated....hope anybody from the company would read and understand....

Please think before you buy the progressive lens if you have both short and long sights. My suggestion is please check before going for these lens. It is very difficult to see at one angle with your eyes all the times with these lens. you will see blurred image in case if your specs/eyes moves a little bit up or down.
