These people are fraudsters This is a full review. So read it carefully and decide if u really want to go to this place I ordered a blazer for stitching on November1,2021 and as per the receipt it had to be delivered by 4th November. When I called up, they told me that it would be delivered by 5th, when I called on 5th, they said that they would stitch it by 6th and when I called on 6th, they told me to come by 5pm. When I went there, they did not even give it for stitching by then. They started stitching at 5 30 pm and gave it at 8pm. Apart from this, the cloth they promised to me was far superior than the one that actually got delivered. The blazer that they gave me was of a different cloth which completely made it look worthless. When I asked the salesman regarding the same, he bluffed to me, saying that the cloth I ordered is the same. This review comes from honest middle class central govt employee. The salesmen are blatent Liars. You go there and get looted if you wish to. I am filing a complaint at consumer court regarding the same. Thanks for reading...I wish no one else is looted this way.

One of the worst experience from this shop. There is no time sense and punctuality. They've made me visit the shop thrice in a week and every time they gave the same reason "It's ready... On the way... Stuck in traffic. Do one thing give address and we will send". Useless service by the sales team and no respect towards customers time.

Most horrible behaviour from the store keepers and worst ever experience in customer service. Probably Maqdoom is brand, but having said the CRM is the most useless and unfriendly. Customer has choice but at this store, customer has to compromise, unfortunate. Gor bless the management and store personnel with Hidayath, wisdom and Sanskaar. They dont even deserve single star,

Although they have a wide variety of clothes. But the quality varies between ok and bad. However, the worst part is their customer service. The managers are horribly rude when coming to customer service. I went with family to buy some kurtas and stuff. After checking, trying and buying a few. At the exit the owner asked me how many lacs did you spend? I mean really? How can someone ask a question like that? I felt disgusted at his attitude. Also, they are really bad when allowing people try their clothes before buying them. Don't go here unless you want to spoil your day.

Very poor quality staff responce is very horrible they can take order on 2 nd may they tell me we will send your courier 8 to your Parcell from two days they are not reciving call we are from Karnataka there service is very horrible .don't purchase from this shop .

Riyaz and Jaffer were absolutely irresponsible. The exetended way beyond, the stitching and quality were both not good.

Fraud!! These guys are big fraud. First we choose and paid the whole amount. While delivery we received a cheap quality, different color material. Even the design and size also not as per the order. When we requested to Provide us the original order they harassed and abused us. Really worst. Never buy Maqdoom big mall. There are plenty option available.

Very rude staff. Go for "PRINCE MAJESTIC" in the same lane instead!!! Why? As soon as the sale was done people refused to even answer my questions. When asked about alteration they just ignored and said this is how it should be even though I was clear on how I wanted it to be. Lastly, when I told to the floor manager uncle that I wasn't happy with the service and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, the response showed their arrogance "We don't need your recommendation to run our store and don't teach us how to run it". I wish I hadn't bought the product from them.

It is located near charminar. If u need nice kurta's for men. You can definitely visit here.

Worst experience hospitality is not good at all they don't respond at all

In Mumbai too, the Maqdoom brand has purchased grooms' clothes. & Not paying now. When we call them, they have blocked everyone's numbers.

I dont even wanna give them 1 star but fortunate for them i have to give one.. The worst sherwani and suit store in hyderabad they are frauds cons thieves and what not i have ordered two sherwanis for my kids we selected something else and they gave us totally different sherwanis and when asked they are just very cooly telling us we didnt had the enough cloth and even didn't care to inform us and the stitching of the suits and sherwanis are worsttt. I paid them like gold but i got garbage. If you dont want to waste your money on such con store do not go...
