We had a lovely stay in this resort. It's in the middle of nowhere, so don't expect restaurants or beach bars. It's not close to the city and the shuttle bus is only three times a day, so we were happy that we stayed in another hotel in Hoi An town before we got to the resort. Also, the beach is quite small and pretty wild. Don't expect to much of the activities (some were canceled, others needed reservation (without telling us)). This resort is perfect if you just wanna hang by the pool for a few days. The pool, garden and rooms are all very pretty and clean. Breakfast is extensive and the menu is good. Spa offered good massages. Staff is friendly and trying very hard. Especially the guy at the pool (putting up umbrellas, bringing you towels, helping with the kites) was so nice. Prices are very steep (almost three times we paid in other places in Vietnam), so I doubt I would come here again.

My family stayed at Family Connecting room for 2 rooms at Bliss resort, This is amazing resort for our family for 3 nights here. Awesome staff, very kind attentive and friendly, They had fresh fruits for welcome drink, this is top service we've ever had in Vietnam. The room was spacious, clean, super comfortable bed, balcony with the sea view. The breakfast variety was great too. We would highly recommend this resort in Hoi AN, Vietnam. What a wonderful place to recharge your batteries after hard working days. I had a fantastic stay at Bliss Hoi An. The resort hosted an outdoor wedding ceremony today, it must be said that everything is designed and set up very elegantly and delicately. And, without a doubt, I will return here to celebrate my wedding anniversary in the future. Thank you to everyone at Bliss Hoi An for making our stay so enjoyable. We stayed here ~1 week in November 2022. It was heavenly. This is a new resort so everything is in good shape and new, beautiful. The grounds are landscaped nicely, the pool has an infinity edge along the shore line which is so nice. They upgraded us the first day of our stay so we had the most wonderful opportunity to try their bungalows. They were absolutely amazing! Beautiful inside and out, private, had big lovely soaking tub, outdoor shower, porch overlooking the pool and the beach, it was just awesome. And the included breakfast was delicious, good choices, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They had a free shuttle to take us to/from old city Hoi An so we had fun going to town every day. But then came back to our relaxing retreat here at the Bliss. We highly recommend this hotel, it really made our vacation luxurious and special.

We had a lovely stay at Bliss!!! The architecture is amazing. Room, garden, and pool are all very pretty and clean. Breakfast buffet and afternoon tea buffet are all wonderful with a wide range of choices and surprises. The staff is very attentive and helpful. I want to send my special thanks to Mrs. Van the restaurant staff for her great services. The reception staff is very kind as well. They offered us with extra hours of stay to wait for the afternoon shuttle bus after checkout time (of course, when the room is still available at that time). I will definitely be back!

Amazing romantic experience, beautiful staff who speak English very well. There was a complimentary shuttle bus into Hoi An which we really appreciated. The breakfast was the best I have ever experienced. I felt very safe and welcome after a hectic stay in busy cities. Thank you so much.

Choosing Bliss Resort during my trip to Hoi An was the best choice. All the staff were friendly, and the room condition was very clean. The breakfast is especially luxurious and delicious. If you need a break from life, feel free to rest here. If I go to Hoi An, I will visit Bliss Resort again.

I and my friend had wonderful and memorable experience at Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort. The room had nice garden view to chill. There were an untimate big pool and beautiful private beach that impress us. In the evening, we had a great dinner at Binh Minh Restaurant. Food was delicious and price was very very good for quality and extra promotions too. Staffs at restaurant were nice and friendly, they always smiled with us. Next day, we enjoyed afternoon tea and spa with good promotion. We will come back this place with family and friends many many time in the future 😍

I had an incredible stay at Bliss Hoi An, the hotel rooms and facilities were beautiful. The staff are the kindest and most generous people! They continued to go above and beyond not only in their service but with organising transfers, taxis, tours and giving lots of amazing recommendations for restaurants. Definitely worth visiting the spa too, one of my favourite massages I’ve had! A massive thank you and special mention to Van, she really made our trip very special!

Spending quality time with my family here is a blissful experience we’ve ever had. The staff is nice and careful. The room is spacious with comfortable double-bed, the furniture is indochine decorated. There are various of activities in here for you and your family to participate as well. Overall, I enjoyed my holiday here with lots of happy memories.

Very recommended! My bf and I had such relaxing days in Bliss. Every single aspect here was perfect: super friendly but professional staffs, clean and spacious room, awesome pool with just good depth, heavenly massage and nice breakfast ; I’m sad that I had no time to eat dinner here Especially I was so touched with their friendliness. They were smiling whenever I saw them and always greeted me with hospitality! I bothered them with several questions but they welcomed me so much. House cleaning was also perfect; we got so much sand on the shower booth after sea swimming, and they made the room just as clean as before. Big thanks to Phuong - you really helped me a lot- and everyone, I really enjoyed :))

The Bliss Hoi An is an outstanding resort with an impeccable staff that meet all your needs. We were blown away by the peacefulness of the resort. The staff went above and beyond expectations from check-in to check-out. The food is excellent and will accommodate any tastes and the spa is wonderful place to unwind and relax. We loved our time here and made some wonderful memories.

A wonderful place surrounded by a beautiful garden. I loved the sound of the frogs in the evening. Super attentive and friendly staff all around (Special thanks go to Phi and Hiu from front office). The deluxe ocean view rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. In my experience the rooms are a bit noisy as it echoes in the stairwell. The bungalows, on the other hand, are stunning. They are located around the pool area and offer ocean views. The outdoor shower is great and eye catching. It is amazingly peaceful and I would definitely return. The breakfast was delicious and offered both Asian and Western food.

Gorgeous resort. With the view, villas, restaurant, and pool, you really have no reason to leave, but I would recommend renting their bikes to check out the local area. Their service and staff were the best we saw in Vietnam. While there, we had a medical emergency. The staff helped arrange for transportation to the hospital, and once admitted, the manager sent a staff member to come check on us that evening. We had to stay overnight, and the manager even prepared food to be sent to us. I really can’t stress enough how amazing the resort and its team are. I highly recommend.

Bliss Resort is absolutely wonderful. My boyfriend and I booked a room for only a couple of days. The room was large and styled beautifully. When our plans changed last minute we decided we wanted to stay another night and the manager (who is so nice and attentive to all the guests needs) upgraded our room to a villa, which was even lovelier. What made the stay really great was how attentive and accommodating all the staff were. They take extra attention to inform you about the excursions they can arrange for you and the activities they hold at the resort. They will even send transport to your room if you don’t want to walk to the reception area when it is hot and humid to catch your excursion transport. Everyone from the reception staff to the restaurant and pool staff were kind and gracious. Don’t skip the meals here. The food is really delicious. Unfortunately we did not take advantage of the spa services because we were exploring the town, but if the the other services are any indication, I’m sure it’s great. Highly recommend this resort if you want to be right on the beach a little bit outside the crowded city. Transport is easy to get even late at night.

Our family of 4 had an amazingly relaxing 5 nights at Bliss Resort. The rooms were very comfortable and absolutely gorgeous bathrooms - the outdoor shower in the beachfront bungalow was a highlight ! The spa and wellness centre was excellent and we made great use of the pool, the happy hour and were very well looked after by the staff, with Lam, Man and especially Van being wonderful. Loved the beach and though didn’t really explore the area, if you want a completely relaxing spot, you won’t do much better than Bliss !

Well set up resort with friendly service. Great food available from the restaurant or pool bar. Bit out of town but very quiet and they run a regular shuttle service in and out of Hoi An. Lots of things to see with day trips around the area. Only fault, I would suggest you check what beds you get in your rooms. They advertise kids stay free but we found we had to share beds, they don't get their own bed. Otherwise very clean, friendly well run resort.

We’ve been lucky enough to spend the last 5 nights at the Bliss Hoi An Resort. The weather has been fantastic, the rooms have more than lived up to their 5 star status. This was our last stop on a 5 week holiday, we have found it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The food has been exceptional-breakfast buffet is incredible-all possible choices caters for. The pool bar food and restaurant food also excellent-plenty of choice and quality food and presentation. Nothing here surpasses the hospitality and friendliness of ALL staff. In particular, special mention to Ms Van and Ms Ben and Mr Lam whose hospitality and desire to make our stay as enjoyable as possible was most gratefully received by us. Their diligence and care to see that we had a great time was outstanding. We hope that the Senior Management group of this hotel recognise their contribution to ensuring that people like us have the holiday we all hope for! Many thanks to you all.

A new resort with lovely staff, views, spa and food. Highly recommend to anyone looking to relax in the day and go into Hoi An town in the evening (free shuttle from hotel 3 times a day). Breakfast buffet was really good too!!

Overall it was a great stay, everyone tried really hard to make our time enjoyable. Phuong was very helpful, she knew English and some Korean as well. The buffet was outstanding for morning breakfast and the bar at the pool made tasty strong drinks. The rooms were clean, the beds are a bit stiff, and sometimes there were some language barrier issues but we got everything figured out. The masses were great, however not all services were available. I wanted the aloe Vera full body wrap, but the manager was not present so I couldn't get it. It is close to old Town and about 1 hour away from Sun world.

The staff at Bliss resort are amazing, from front desk, restaurant, spa and house keeping... were very friendly. You ask for onething on the first breakfast here and it was remembered for the rest of our stay in Hoi An. We came for our honeymoon and we liked everything. The room were nice, luxury and so comfort bed. This resort are really 5 star because the staff is very professional anf attentive. The second night, we had dinner at the restaurant and it was amazing. The Bliss resort really good customer experience and We would definitely recommend in Hoi An - Vietnam.

New facility 2022 nov. Great sea view from the large swimming pool. The staff are friendly. Especially "LONG" helped us to relax comfortably during our stay. It is about 20 km to Hoi An old town, and there is a shuttle that you can ride for free if you make a reservation 2 hours before departure. If your plan is to relax, I recommend this hotel.
