We reserved 4 rooms for a 3 night stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect from the time we arrived with the friendly help of the front desk Huy and the energetic door person Quang who made sure we got everything we needed. The room was perfect, nice and clean and we were talking about staying at the hotel for our next trip back to Quy Nhon. However, our experience at the hotel was sort of ruined over a bottle of water. My friend didn't use the water bottle in the room but was told to pay when he was checking out (I think 20k for the water). It's not the money that we are concerned about but it's more like the hotel management should consider the potential of guests'experience than that 20k water bottle (that my friend pleaded of not using). I was quite disappointed. I understand the receptionist does what she was told to do, but the hotel should be more flexible on things like that. Update: The water bottle issue was resolved as the hotel management contacted us. They deserved a 5 stars.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hyam. This new hotel has great facilities, good location, only few minutes from the beach and also closed to the street food area. Our beautiful room is very clean, spacious and with the sea view. Staff are nice, polite and always willing to help. I definitely will come back to this hotel. Highly recommended!!

This is a very modern hotel that maintains the standard of a five-star establishment. The service is exceptional, the spa is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a good breakfast selection and solid dining options. They also assist with motorbike rentals, all conveniently arranged on-site at reasonable prices. The location is excellent, and overall, it offers great value for money. Highly recommended for anyone planning a visit to Quy Nhon.
