The room is clean and tidy, very high quality for the price, the host is extremely cute and enthusiastic, thank you very much Mr. Khoa for the iron, toothpaste tube and motorbike to go to lunch if the scale is 6 stars Ready to give Home and Mr. Khoa the homeowner 6 stars. Warning everyone, this place is very, very unethical. It can be said to almost bully tourists. We deposit 1,000,000 VND. But because someone in the group had a sick child, they were forced to fly out early. We adjusted the number of rooms to be less than expected, but the homestay owner said that if we changed, we would still lose the entire deposit even though we still rented the room. Everyone needs to be careful with this statement. There are many ethical homestays. Tourists need to say no to unethical disguised places like this. Be careful with high rating review because that's may be the paid review.

Just stayed 2 nights here. Clean fresh modern hotel, well appointed for the price point. Everything working as it should. Good central location and helpful considerate owner & staff. Second visit to Quy Nhon (after 18 years) and I was not disappointed & I would definitely recommend the Lux. Quy Nhon BTW if you've never been, is a lovely, mostly low-rise, seaside town/small city surrounded by mountains. Local feel, great cheap eating, not a tourist trap. There are some absurdly tall 'luxury' hotels mostly along the beach front & a couple more mega towers going up right now, but overall it is still relatively unspoilt.

Room is very nice and clean with good view. Accessible to center of the city. Good service and friendly receptionist. Recommended for backpackers.

I stayed here one night with my wife. The staff are very friendly and kind. They even waited longer for us to check-in after midnight as our bus was delayed. They were able to be reached by WhatsApp, which is great for international tourists. The homestay is very nice and modern, better than many hotels we've stayed at in Vietnam. There are 6 floors, and a lift to use. We stayed on the 5th floor and the room had huge windows letting in lots of sunlight. The room was clean and nicely decorated, it's clear the hotel was recently built. The staff let us leave our luggage for a few hours whilst we waited for our next bus. Location was very good, nearby lots of restaurants and the beach. We wished we could've stayed longer, but will definitely be back here the next time we are in town. Also the cutest dog lives here!

Fantastic modern and super clean room! The bed was comfy and room spacious with everything you need! the owner Khoa is super kind and friendly! He gave us recommendations for local restaurants and we had the best food! He also booked the bus for us for the next destination:) We rented a scooter from the homestay and we explored local beaches! Everyone from the staff is kind and smiley:) we had the best time and we hope to be back soon! If you come to Quy Nhon than this is the place to stay :) thank you 😊

Location is good, maybe 10 min walk down to beach. Clean and good rooms. Staff very good and helpfull.

Very comfortable accomodation. Rooms were perfect: modern, comfy beds, aircon, a desk, loads of hangers, modern bathroom with a great shower and a nice view with a big window. Scooters are available for rent and they are needed to explore the area. The owner suggested us many places to go, help with booking buses and drove us on our first day to get Banh Mi. There is a lift go to to the rooms and the rooms have cards to open them. Wifi works well.
