Very
cheap
products,
very
poor
quality.
Extremely
terrible
customer
service.
Do
not
buy
their
products
even
they
offer
the
product
for
one
krona.
You
will
definitely
regret
your
decision.The
only
company
in
Sweden
doing
business
without
having
a
telephone
number
for
the
customers
to
contact
them.
Probably
they
would
have
thought
that
customers
could
call
and
blast
them
if
they
publish
a
telephone
number
for
the
dirty
work
they
do
.
Bought
an
electric
scooter
for
my
9
years
old
son
and
next
day
found
out
it
is
a
defect
product.As
the
handle
shakes
due
to
a
crack
in
the
aluminium
joint
which
connects
the
front
wheel
and
the
handle
due
to
the
poor
engineering
design.
Went
back
immediately
to
return.
But
they
did
not
want
to
take
it
back.
Gave
me
many
excuses.
finally
told
me
that
they
are
expecting
a
shipment
from
china
in
two
months
time
and
once
they
receive
it
that
they
will
contact
me.
No
one
contacted
me.
Third
month
I
went
back
to
their
shop
as
they
do
not
answer
for
mails
and
no
telephone
number
to
contact
and
I
live
far
away
from
their
shop.
Some
how
I
managed
to
change
to
another
scooter
(not
a
new
one
but
another
used
one
from
their
work
shop).
My
son
used
it
for
about
3
weeks
and
same
problem
happened.
Again
went
back
and
complained.
The
sales
guy
in
the
counter
or
the
owner
did
not
want
to
accept
there
is
a
defect
in
the
design
but
a
guy
who
was
working
in
the
work
shop
told
me
that
every
one
who
bought
that
particular
model
is
having
the
same
problem.
Some
how
I
left
the
scooter
and
came
for
them
to
repair.
Then
after
about
three
months
I
went
back
to
their
shop
to
collect
it
and
it
was
not
repaired.
As
you
can
not
argue
with
these
people
who
are
not
genuine
I
gave
up
and
got
my
broken
scooter
back
and
came
home
and
now
it
is
lying
in
the
garage.Every
thing
happened
during
their
warranty
period
of
one
year.
So
do
not
trust
them.
I
lost
money
and
my
son
is
very
sad
that
he
doesn't
have
a
scooter.
