It is the biggest park I have been to in Stockholm. It really big and more importantly it is beautiful. Very well maintained. You can walk, you can run, you can bicycle here. It is next to water body. There are observation desks. You can sit there and enjoy. It is a great place to have picnic. I went there alone and I really like the greenery and the quietness here. I relaxed and enjoyed my time here.

Relaxing lakeside stroll around Brunnsviken, the Bay of Wells. There are several buildings of historic interest, including palaces and royal pavilions, as the park is among the Swedish royalty's favourites since it was founded by the king in the 1780s.

If you love tropical nature and life you would love to visit this place. How the park is designed in a very aesthetic way. Butters flies are flying around you. Plans looks look like with so fresh and green amazing to see. It is not a big park, would not take longer time and boring to visit all the sections. They have shop you can buy foods and gift items and toys for children. Enjoy your visit.

A wonderful park in the heart of stockholm. Haga Park is perhaps Sweden's foremost example of an English landscape park and also known as the “Gustavian Park" as it was initiated by Gustav III. Large grassed areas, semi-open pasture mixed with forested areas are typical of Haga Park. Haga Park is closely associated with King Gustav III, who had grand visions for the park – many of which never made it beyond the drawing board. However, a number of the King’s ideas could be turned into reality

(Translated by Google) Love this park Been here since kids. Beautiful and cozy. Winter and summer. Nice walking paths for both children and adults. (Can be bathed) Hagatälten ... So there. Strappy staff and terribly expensive. But the tip is of course your own gofika and a blanket 👍 Sit down and just enjoy.

It’s the biggest and coolest park that I could visit in Stockholm. There is a lot of information signs about the place. I recommend taking a e-bike from the city and making a larger tour on the park.

Of course, the park would be much prettier in the spring or summer. But the aquarium was fantastic. The animals and fish all looked beautiful and stunning

In north of Stockholm, Hagaparken offers vast gardens, woods and parks. Ideal for a family afternoon, picnic with friends, romantic walk... Inside the cooper tents, a café with some swedish finger food specialties. Another coffee place is available in parc for a fika or an ice cream...as it is always season for a good ice cream right? Some points of view not to be missed like the one from the Echo Pavillon where you can sometimes see some tango dancers.

Hagaparken is located along the western shoreline of Brunnsviken and is a part of the Royal National City Park. Within the park are Haga Palace, King Gustav III's Pavilion, the Chinese Pavilion, the Haga Echo Temple, the Turkish Kiosk, an older castle ruin (which is not really a ruin as it is the remains of a castle never finished) and several other interesting buildings on the grounds (such as the peculiar Copper Tents and also the Butterfly House). Included in the Haga Park is also the Royal Burial Ground of the Swedish Royal family (since 1922), where several members and ancestors of the present Swedish royal Bernadotte family rest

  • 4/5 Margareta T. 2 years ago on Google
Very beautiful and big park with a beautiful lake. The Butterfly House is located in the park. There is a fine restaurant and a cafe in the park. It is a good place for walking, jogging and picnic. The atmosphere is tranquil and the air is fresh. We love to take long walks here and enjoy watching the ducks and swans swimming in the lake. Do not miss this park when you are in Stockholm.

A lovely place to wander. Nicely preserved. Couple of cafes inside and a few beautiful attractions within the park itself like butterfly park, aquarium, and architectural monuments dating back to 16th and 18th centuries. There were folks enjoying kayaking and rowing in the lake inside. Overall, a nice getaway!

I love the Hagaparken, it’s THE place to go relax, in all seasons 🙌🏻 We enjoy long walks in winter, but we enjoy more the water in summer time 🏊🏼‍♀️

  • 5/5 Gavin R. 2 years ago on Google
Beautiful and a must see while in Stockholm. Picnic under the sun in Haga Park should be on your itinerary (having an afternoon nap under the shade of a tree is optional but definitely recommended 😁) Planning to return as we did not see half of the park yet. My wife is a marathon runner and is definitely planning to return to run along the canal and through the forest. Also keeping in mind, there are multiple historical architecture to view in the park

Easily my favorite park in Stockholm. I usually do biking most days in the summer here and enjoy snowracing during the winter. A very family-friendly park, too. Kids would enjoy running and other outdoor activities here freely and safely.

Central Park i anslutningen till Norrtull, mycket grönska, det finns toa, Café, kungligheter, promenadstråk, fjärilshuset, parkeringar och mm.. Särskilt härlig tid på sommaren och 6 juni ✨👍🎨🎶🎻

The place with butterflies is very nice and this a one big park where someone can enjoy a peaceful landscape, some birds, the lake and spot on the other side of the lake, the buildings from a busy and noisy world. There are not many open places to see, like buildings, all windows were covered when I was there, and the paths are not bike friendly. Also the grass is poor and wild, but the trees are nice.

  • 4/5 Seshu T. 3 years ago on Google
Really nice place to visit during start of Spring and mid of Fall to enjoy the superb colors of nature. During Summer you can also spend some quality time in the lush greens or enjoy a swim in the lake surrounding the Park. You can also enjoy a run, meditate or enjoy your fitness activity. One of the main things missing is kids play area.
