Water ponds. Nice wooden deck all around. The swallows enjoy living under the bridges.

Not entirely sure what the purpose of this place is. There is no signs or anything to see the function, which is a missed opportunity. It is a nice place to sit for a bit in the evening sun and relax after a busy day.

A perfectly fine storm water pond. But since it does not appear anywhere that it is precisely such, we have to judge the dam in question as art - and there the competition is fierce. As a work of art, it is incomprehensible without creating curiosity. It manages to be banal, while making clear claims to something bigger just by its scope. However, this "bigger" fails and one is left with the feeling of being cheated. (As a stormwater pond, the rating will be four stars. It would really be an idea to put up some kind of information at the site so that you don't get such bad art reviews.)
