Well
hidden
gym
near
commuter
train
station
Ulriksdal.
One
small
group
training
room
and
lacking
service
makes
it
better
suited
for
single/PT
exercise
and
experienced
workouts.
Bonuses
are
the
section
with
virtual
spinning,
possibility
for
a
free
week
trial
(if
you
hold
a
Swedish
personnummer
and
ID)
and
the
modern
smart
thermostat
saunas.
There
is
also
free
coffee
and
possibility
to
buy
snacks,
drinks
and
protein
bars.
Main
cons
are
the
thermostat
UI
(sauna
never
got
warm
and
it
was
unclear
how
to
set
a
timer)
and
noise
level
in
the
ladies
sauna.
Showers
are
set
to
very
short
intervals
of
water
which
gets
annoying
if
you
have
long
hair.
They
are
also
missing
basic
holders
for
soap/shampoo;
so
if
you
bring
it
yourself,
be
prepared
to
either
hold
it
in
your
hand
or
put
it
on
the
floor.
A
note
about
service.
Despite
the
fact
that
I
signed
up
for
a
trial
week,
I
was
not
offered
a
tour
nor
introduction
to
anything
-
even
had
to
ask
for
directions
to
the
dressing
room.
In
fairness,
staff
was
friendly,
but
the
function
to
welcome
inexperienced
customers
was
missing.
Group
training
offered
is
pretty
diverse.
I
attended
core
training
called
CXWORKS
and
was
happy
with
it.
The
instructor
was
cheerful
without
getting
annoying
and
instead
of
pointing
anyone
out,
she
continuously
gave
alternatives
for
easier
options
when
she
noticed
someone
in
need.
She
also
quickly
replaced
batteries
in
the
middle
of
the
workout
with
good
timing
without
too
much
disruption.
Very
professional
and
the
perfect
amount
of
pain
afterwards
(it
hurts
to
sneeze
or
laugh
but
not
to
breathe)
witnessed
of
effective
practices.
Despite
flaws,
the
handy
location
together
with
friendly
staff,
a
professional
instructor
and
a
mixed
crowd
made
me
want
to
return.
Nordic
Wellness
is
also
a
brand
that
made
a
good
impression
on
me
previously
which
caught
my
attention
compared
to
cheaper
competitors.
