Extremely extreme slow servers I've been waiting 30 minutes to move this box from up to down as per the picture and no one shows any interest in helping buying this product the customer service was chatting with her colleague and show no interest in helping me to get this product very bad experience with this type customer service I will be heading to another showroom that respects customers. And I think the marketing department won't bother them self replying to reviews they are lazy as their customer service.

We wanted to buy woods in the morning but there was no trolley available. The girl at the customer service booked us a trolley in the afternoon. But in the afternoon, the other girl at the customer service declined and said that my friend driver license is from Germany, they do not accept that driving license even when I have a Sweden ID. Her attitude was like, I don't care even that the trolley had been booked in the morning. So, you lose a customer and a bunch of returning products. Oh, by the way, do I need a driving license if I just want to sit in the trolley?!

It has been a Great experience buying a carpet in Bauhaus Örebro. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I specially Thank Sahil who made it easy for us to select a carpet which fits our home. Thank you Sahil and Bauhaus....

Marcus. Got so good help from him. I bought a fence and we started in English but after 10 minutes of questions Marcus asked me if I spoke French. (He probably heard it in my accent) After that he changed languages ​​and explained everything in French to me. That is what Customer service is! A Marcus: merci pour tout!
