Poor after sales service, We bought a ring here for over 3'000 and then a month later they quoted 450-650 per ring to resize (in writing) this ring and another smaller. Then they confirmed on pickup that they always charge 600SEK for resize regardless and it would never cost 450 for a smaller resize. No discount if the ring was purchased there or not either. Hiding the true cost to avoid comparison and charging 1200 to make two rings one ring size smaller is poor after care. Buy from a store that can quote accurately up front. Now all know its 600 for a ring to be made smaller. Having spent considerable money is this store all our further business will be done else where.
