One of the worst subway I have ever seen. So messy and there are garbages everywhere. Don’t understand how they survived.

Poor service and rude treatment of customers...sub was not fresh as other subway shops... One of the vegetables was stinking and tasted very bad.. while complaining the lady at the desk was rude.. also no "SUB of the day" deal in this shop for some reason...seats were not sufficient for the crowd to accommodate.. first time i was disappointed in 10 years of my regular visit to subway across countries...would refrain from this shop while visiting again..regret it

The COVID policy was not kept at all. It was very crowded. No social distance. The staffs do not wear a mask. No need to mention the tables and chairs are dirty. I do not expect any fancy service. I expect some effort to keep each other safe since we are going through a tough time. I only hope no one gets sick from here.

Extremely pathetic customer service. I asked to make different salad combination on the other half of my baguette and they made it a huge deal despite having a long queue behind me. All the staff stood up against me and they don't know how to treat a customer. Extremely disappointed. Will avoid this branch in future.

Had a footlong Italian BMT sub of the day menu for 87kr. Good price compared to other options in MoS.

Extremely rude staff. I ordered the vegan menu and asked what bread was vegan and they refused to tell me. He didn’t care enough to check which one was vegan and told me all options were not vegan (which is completely false) so we couldn’t order. Don’t go there!

Non-professional rude staff with extremely pathetic customer service. On top of it, the manager came & made things worst with his behaviour & tone of talk. The manager supported his staff's rude behaviour & way of dealing. I asked to make different salad combinations on the other half of my 30cm baguette & the staff refused to do so, they said you have to buy two different baguettes if you want different salad combinations. It never happened in any of the Subway branches I have visited before in Sweden. All other branches never objected to this and always put salad combinations as per my wish. The manager seems to me an uneducated person with rude behaviour and that is the reason he supported or instructed his staff about this thing to force people buy two instead of one. The same complaint as I am writing, one other customer also wrote 8-9 days ago. It also seems they are using fake profiles to get good reviews regarding their behaviour. Even the reply of the manager to my email complaint does not serve the purpose and it seems he is always ready to answer these emails without any apology and intentions of improving their behaviour in future. One of the worst-ever Subway Branch I have visited in my life. Please stay away from these non-sense & non-professional people so they start showing some respect to their customers and will not treat bad again.

At all the Subways I know, when you order the large sandwich, they fill the measuring spoon for each half. This time it was not like that, the girl who served me spread the chicken that went into a measuring spoon as much as she could and then added a little more. When I reprimanded her, she told me that this is how it is done on all subways now. If it is true, it is theft on the part of the company, if it is a lie, it is theft on the part of the employee. I won't be back to check it out.

Absolute worst Subway i've ever been in all arount the world. Just avoid this place.

Bought my lunch from there today and had a really good experience. The staff there was kind and offered good service. I even witnessed them being extremely nice to costumers that had an extremely rude attitude towards them demanding to be served in less than two minutes. Kudos to the staff. I will eat there again.

Good subway, some of them are very kind. Wish to have sub of the day offers there too. Then a 5 star 😉
