Non-professional
rude
staff
with
extremely
pathetic
customer
service.
On
top
of
it,
the
manager
came
&
made
things
worst
with
his
behaviour
&
tone
of
talk.
The
manager
supported
his
staff's
rude
behaviour
&
way
of
dealing.
I
asked
to
make
different
salad
combinations
on
the
other
half
of
my
30cm
baguette
&
the
staff
refused
to
do
so,
they
said
you
have
to
buy
two
different
baguettes
if
you
want
different
salad
combinations.
It
never
happened
in
any
of
the
Subway
branches
I
have
visited
before
in
Sweden.
All
other
branches
never
objected
to
this
and
always
put
salad
combinations
as
per
my
wish.
The
manager
seems
to
me
an
uneducated
person
with
rude
behaviour
and
that
is
the
reason
he
supported
or
instructed
his
staff
about
this
thing
to
force
people
buy
two
instead
of
one.
The
same
complaint
as
I
am
writing,
one
other
customer
also
wrote
8-9
days
ago.
It
also
seems
they
are
using
fake
profiles
to
get
good
reviews
regarding
their
behaviour.
Even
the
reply
of
the
manager
to
my
email
complaint
does
not
serve
the
purpose
and
it
seems
he
is
always
ready
to
answer
these
emails
without
any
apology
and
intentions
of
improving
their
behaviour
in
future.
One
of
the
worst-ever
Subway
Branch
I
have
visited
in
my
life.
Please
stay
away
from
these
non-sense
&
non-professional
people
so
they
start
showing
some
respect
to
their
customers
and
will
not
treat
bad
again.
