Very good service. Very clean and nice facilities.

Nice hotel AA++ but very noisy street especially in the night. Trucks drvers are purposely using engine brake to disturb this street and wake up people every 15 minutes.

The room was comfortable, although the bathroom has the toilet in the wrong place so the sink is hard to reach. The attention was very good and breakfast is reasonably varied. The location of the hotel is prime, near everything.

Ok hotel. Average. Well located and affordable. In the other hand our bed had hair and the bed covers were full of stains. Not the best managed place I've seen.

I could give zero start, if it was not for the friendly personnel. The room we stayed was by the roadside. The insulation was so bad that I would rather prefer to stay outside because I could not sleep because of the continuous noise of cars on the road or of people talking. Such hotel should not be on the Expedia webpage.

I'm been few times on this hotel and I have no complaints at all it's a nice place for a small town

The Hoteles Ha are un Orizaba, Veracruz. The rooms ate very Nice and comfortable and the service is great. The food is tradicional and delicious.

Excellent place to stop by, nice food and nice view from de top. Rooms are a little bit smaller. Service it's excellent.

Great clean pet friendly hotel

It's located on downtown of the city, in a beautiful street. It's really easy to find and before sleeping you can go for a walk and enjoy the scenery. The staff is very polite, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. You have free breakfast. Overall it's a good place to stay if you need a place to stay for a night or two.

The hotel is located on the main avenue of orizaba not have its own parking, and is a mess when busy as it is also small and is shared with neighboring business, the rooms are very well equipped and the furniture is nice, although the space is limited, the service is good but very disinterested in general is good choice

Good hotel, the rooms are spacious they need a little maintenance but is mot a big deal… the breakfast is included is buffet type not to many dishes to choose from (7) but they are DELICIOUS!!!🤤
